I had a very disappointing experience with Allday & Miller estate agents while trying to buy a property at 24 Regents Close, Hayes. After viewing the property, I made an offer which was confirmed as accepted. Based on their confirmation, I brought my family for follow-up viewings, instructed a solicitor, and paid my mortgage broker fees to move the purchase forward. Throughout the process, I kept the agent—Conor McGee—updated and made it clear that everything was progressing from my side. Despite this, I suddenly received an email saying the agency had decided to accept another buyer’s offer. This felt extremely unprofessional. Being told my offer was accepted and then dropped for a slightly higher bid caused embarrassment, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. My family and I were left disappointed, and I lost money on solicitor and broker fees due to their last-minute change. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone looking for reliable estate agents in Hayes. My dealings with Allday & Miller lacked transparency, proper communication, and professionalism....
