The sales negotiator lacked the necessary skills and didn't respond to our emails. After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.
