Not only did this company get our valuation wrong, they then proceeded to post our home incorrectly on rightmove and other websites, when I tried to fix these errors I was told for months it would be done to which it never was. We then had no choice but to use another company as our home was valued incorrectly and being sold under incorrect details. They then proceeded to chase us for fees to cover there ridiculously poor job at selling our home. They chased the address they knew we moved out of, with threatening letters I have never received. The only reason it is sorted is because I was pro active In making sure my complaint was heard. There complaints process is non existent and I cannot believe they get away with calling themselves an estate agent who can't even put a home on right move correctly. The only saving grace was Leigh who was professional and went above and beyond for us.

My partner and I were first time buyers, had met with mortgage advisors previously which was very hit and miss. We then heard of Brogan Mackay after contacting Allen and Harris regarding a property. We spoke and instantly felt at ease, understanding of our position, understanding of how quick properties were selling during these times and how quickly we wanted to act. Brogan always went above and beyond for us and what is a very stressful time as we have never been in this position before we were always reassured and guided to the best decisions and after months and months of house hunting, we were able to secure a mortgage. Brogan has always checked in with us, responded to what now seems like silly questions and always made us feel like we were her only clients. Professional, lovely and will be highly recommending.

As first time buyers it was very daunting for us but from start to finish Brogan done everything to help us talked us through everything to make sure we understood clearly. Had a walk through valuation from this company in June where they valued our ex-local authority house at 80k(there was no charge for this as we were just trying to get a beat on what it was worth since we bought it and made improvements). Last week we had a survey done to remortgage and they've valued it at a lot less but they've also said they wouldn't advise lending on our property as it's a non-traditional build, even though they've assigned a value to it and they know we have an existing mortgage.

I have enquired about 2 properties both by telephone and have not recieved any come back regarding viewing the homes to buy. pity anyone trying to sell with them. Must be a nightmare for them
