This was our second purchase via Allen Heritage. The whole team came together to support this buy sell as it was to rehouse vulnerable adults as they lost their long term rental property. We thank in particular Max and Toni who were instrumental in this purchase, always RWA with the visits, (which i must admit were many), follow ups, always pleasant to talk to and ready to assist. Allen Heritage have always been professional and courteous in our dealings whilst readily available to offer advice and guidance. Rob at Allen Heritage is amazing. He really is an expert in his field, and is making the whole leasing process very easy and straightforward. My name is Victoria and my husband and I were looking for a new home. We rang Allen Heritage and spoke with Elaine who was very accommodating in allowing us to visit the property on the same day.
Other estate agents took days to get back to us, sometimes with us chasing. However, Elaine's communication was impeccable.
When we met Elaine, she was lovely. She took us into the property and was not intrusive at all. She allowed us to explore ourselves, which we loved as she was not pushy.
After we made an offer, she really supported us through this process and we quickly got a YES!
Elaine is brilliant and really made us feel at ease. A brilliant service through and through.
