Allen Heritage Estate were wonderful throughout my mum’s move to her new accommodation. Nicola and Rob were such a joy to dealt with and was consistently respectful, warm, kind and very approachable during the entire process which makes its feel much easier. They were supportive from start to finish, communicated clearly, and always made us feel comfortable asking questions. I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.
