We recently sold a plot of land in Yateley and were impressed with the service provided by Allen Heritage. Kim and the Team were efficient, friendly, and proactive throughout the entire process. Communication was consistently clear and timely and they were excellent at coordinating everything with the buyer, ensuring the sale progressed smoothly.
Their professionalism made the whole experience straightforward and we would happily recommend their services to anyone looking to sell land or property.

Allen Heritage took over managing where I live last summer and they are excellent . They are so respectful of us as residents and manage the properties with great attention to detail such as if one roof has an issue , they will inspect them all !! Since taking over they must have inspected everything that needs inspecting and they are responsible for , and anything identified is attended to asap and with good advance notice to us whenever possible .
They look after us with the utmost respect and give us as much independence to make our homes feel like our own as they possibly can . I have found that when I have had to report an issue , it is soon attended to and recently when I had trouble with my washing machine , Rob took a history of the troubles I had with it ever since it was supplied and how much I missed my old own one and he replaced the faulty one with the one I liked ... I do hope they continue to manage us for as long as I am here !!! It feels very reassuring to be managed so well

So we've today completed on our 1st building plot which we bought through Allen Heritage estate agents and ive got to say they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, my initial contact was with Louise and then with Kim, both of these ladies are very efficient at their jobs and were super quick to respond to any questions that I had, both Kim and Louise kept me informed of the progress being made with daily emails or phone calls so we was never just kept in the dark. A top company that I would highly recommend and I will definitely be in contact with them for our next project, we now see them both as not just estate agents but as friends A***

Louise was absolutely fantastic in helping me take over a shop lease. She was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Louise made everything clear and straightforward, kept me informed at every stage, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her knowledge and support made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louise to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely goes above and beyond.

I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.
