After seeing so many such good and positive reviews and only 1 bad it’s quite disappointing for me to feel the way I do regarding my telephone conversation today, after going days without receiving a response to my emails. I was told on the phone that “I was not contacted back as there were a few up and coming viewings for the property that might be promising” - Ok... only one person is able to rent the property, as you will have people who will not wish to proceed further.. which I’m sure you’re aware of, so first come first serve?. So I’m told it’s likely it’s going to go as someone’s interest in the property? - yet, no holding fee has been put down? Therefore, as you SHOULD know. The property is still available on the market until a holding fee has been paid in to pull the property off the market no? The first ever estate agents I have come across that puts viewers on hold because “someone’s interested” - all us viewers are obviously interested. Hence why we want to view it... I’m expected to continuously call in to see if the person has step forward and place the holding fee? Yet my email has still not been responded to from last week? When I could have viewed already and potentially put my fee down and got on with the process moving forward? Disappointing. I hope in the coming period if I am to come across you guys, I really hope I can be a 5 star review :(

I have just completed on a house purchase which Allen Hertiage were selling.
Everything went so smoothly and they were always easy to contact.
After you put in an offer and it is accepted you get handed to a lady in the aftercare team which is a godsend, she was so helpful and answered any questions I had, no matter how silly they sounded!
