From the moment Max Allen answered my first telephone call to confirmation that our sale had completed, the Allen Heritage team were superb, professional and helpful. During the course of our sale we worked with various members of the team who demonstrated sensitivity and being up to date with developments. We had good advice and the sale made good time with Allen Heritage going "above and beyond" to assist some elements of the chain with on line applications. Thank You. We do not live in the area although if we did, we would definitely use Allen Heritage again ... ah ... just remembered we said we'd never move again ...

We moved into a property in 2019 for which Allen Heritage were the letting agents. Denny Ferrara was our point of contact and he guided us through the check in, the taking of the deposit and the contract signing. The house was an old property and needed a certain amount of upkeep. We kept on good terms with the property owner until the plaster on the living room ceiling fell in. We were lucky to escape injury and our dog was also very lucky! The owner decided the property was too much for him to manage and put it in the hands of Allen Heritage to manage. By now, they had a decent report system in place for repairs. I would report a fault and Denny would make arrangements to have the fault put right.
In June of this year, the owner served us with a Section 21. We managed to find a new place and move out well within the time allowed us according to the Section 21. Denny arranged all our check out documentation and ensured we did not pay more rent than we had to. And, as owners always try to claw as much of the deposit out of you, Denny supported us to ensure a fair compromise was reached. He is an absolute gent.

I’ve worked with Allen Heritage as a contractor for a while now, and you can tell a lot about an Estate Agent by how they treat their contractors.
They are such lovely people, always paid me on time if not early and they are extremely friendly people. I look forward to hearing from them when they have work for me, as I know it’s going to smoothly.
Now Imagine feeling that way if you’re buying or selling or renting your property. That’s a rare commodity for sure.
I would highly recommend them.
