Even though my flat was in Bromley, so therefore they were not a 'local agent', their personal service outshone the need for this. As a team they are warm and welcoming, just like speaking to an old friend. Luke, Sally and Toni are the dream team, from spot on valuing to personable viewings, and last but by no means least, thorough sales progressing. We had a very positive experience with Allen Heritage and I would certainly recommend them to everyone.
Luke valued our property and he was very friendly. Luke put the property on the market within 2 days of the valuation. The photos Luke took were amazing and we loved the well put together description of our home.
I believe this strongly aided us in the response we had from potential buyers. We had the valuation Monday, on the market Wednesday and a viewing on Friday as to which the viewers made an offer! As we did not accept the offer straight away in the meantime we dealt with other members of staff there Tracy, Denny, Sally, Kim (apologies if I have missed anyone) that were all very lovely to talk to and efficient in arranging a block viewing for the Saturday.
Max was the negotiator who dealt with our offer. Max managed to get an increased offer on our property which meant we could then afford more for our dream home.
Max always kept us up to date, was always friendly, helpful and informative. On Max’s days off Rob also insured we were kept up to date with the progress and I felt very at ease that I was in very capable hands with Allen Heritage.
The sale went through very quickly and Allen Heritage played a big part in this.
I cannot thank the Allen Heritage team enough, we are so grateful for all their hard work.

Other estate agents took days to get back to us, sometimes with us chasing. However, Elaine's communication was impeccable.
When we met Elaine, she was lovely. She took us into the property and was not intrusive at all. She allowed us to explore ourselves, which we loved as she was not pushy.

We worked with Allen Heritage to sell the family home of nearly sixty years as our parents are moving into a bungalow closer to family. From the initial phone call Allen Heritage really understood our situation and were excellent in the way they dealt with our parents who are in their nineties.
The property was measured and photographed on a Friday, the listing went live on Rightmove the following Tuesday, we had three viewings on the Friday and accepted an offer made three days later.
During the whole process the Sales Coordinator, Toni, kept us very well informed and really helped move the whole process along giving us confidence. Toni was very good dealing with the inevitable discussions following the survey.
Allen Heritage were on our side throughout the sale, making sure we achieved the necessary outcome for our family to secure our parents future plans.

I enquired about a 1 bed property via Zoopla yesterday and was emailed today by a Dawn Newby, I rang her to explain my situation and that I was searching for a 1/2 bed property and how Id like the property to be pet friendly. Instantly for NO reason Dawn was VERY rude and responded with ‘They aren’t.’ Then went on to say that they only had 2 properties on the WHOLE lettings market!! I work in property management myself so I know that the market is super busy at the moment and usually the agent would take some details incase something came on the market but they clearly hate animals at Allan Heritage. After very abruptly mentioning that they only had 2 properties to let and neither were pet friendly she hung up on me before the call was over. This was a extremely unpleasant first experience with this estates agent and has left me feeling very upset especially as I was nothing but nice. I’ve spoken to many estates agents during my search and working in property myself I know the usual process of renting a property but Dawn was something else. AVOID Dawn at all cost if you enquire for 1 of their 2 properties.

Met Kim Allen and her team for the first time at their "Ophelia Court" launch weekend. I have attended many of these open days but never have I come across such a professional, efficient, and exciting launch.
The team on site knew the development inside out and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Drinks, food, price lists, spec etc.. etc...
The viewing was followed up with an email and personal phone call straight away – flawless!
Being in the profession and working with numerous overseas investors, I will gladly forward any business to Kim and her team – it will be a pleasure to be associated with one of the last remaining agencies that still put their personal touch on everything!

Tried to buy a house through these clowns mid 2015 only to find that the first viewing, they sent round a total newbie, she turned up 30 minutes late, told us she knew nothing about the area, nor the house and had just started a month ago, then proceeded to waffle on about herself endlessly, but was quick enough to kick us out after 10 minutes as she had to get home..
Second viewing, same woman, now wants us to leave her a review as she was doing us a favour.
Throughout the entire process of buying our house through Allen Heritage, they have never had a clue whats going on, often calling me to ask me for an update instead of the solicitors.
Frequently sat on their hands doing next to nothing, leaving me to chase them after 8 weeks of undue delays caused by them not talking to the very solicitors they recommended to us and the seller.
We frequently spoke to the vendor too who also had very negative dealings with how rude they are and how little they were doing.
They then had the nerve to ask me if I would consider using them if we ever wanted to sell the house in the future!
