5* Service - Flawless Met Kim Allen and her team for the first time at their "Ophelia Court" launch weekend. I have attended many of these open days but never have I come across such a professional, efficient, and exciting launch. The team on site knew the development inside out and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Drinks, food, price lists, spec etc.. etc... The viewing was followed up with an email and personal phone call straight away – flawless! Being in the profession and working with numerous overseas investors, I will gladly forward any business to Kim and her team – it will be a pleasure to be associated with one of the last remaining agencies that still put their personal touch on everything! This is a family run independent estate agent with the owner leading from the front and setting the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. I was impressed with the honest advice, sincerity and total commitment of all the staff who made our home purchase as stress free as possible. Regular updates, assistance in dealing with routine and more complex enquiries, I was taken aback by the dedication of every single member of staff in the West Wickham office. They played a considerable part in replacing the stress with genuine excitement which really made a difference. This made the entire process a very enjoyable experience. What was most impressive of all was that the owner, Kim, regularly took time out from her own work, often without notice to show us around the property on several occasions which kept the excitement alive. I have never experienced this level of customer care in any previous home purchase with the larger chains of estate agents. Whether you are a vendor or a buyer, you are treated with equal respect, honesty and professionalism.
