They have found high calibre tenants, and the rent has always been paid on time. Any repairs, legislation or tenant concerns are dealt with immediately, with the minimum fuss to me.

Almond Property have been managing my rental properties since their start up. They have always kept me updated with any problems and repairs. As a distant landlord I can trust them to act on my behalf without having to view repairs myself. I have also bought properties on their recommendation. They are very knowledgeable about the the market and often have access to properties before they come on the open market.
