Latest Reviews for Alpha Estates - West Ealing

This estate agent was absolutely fantastic.
My experience was second to none. The staff are very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Yasmin managed to find me a property within hours of my initial contact. The property was modern, clean, newly decorated and affordable.
Yasmin went above and beyond her role and provided everything from information on removal companies and the added reassurance of knowing I could contact the agent at anytime.
A truly stress free experience. I am most grateful for the service provided.

We have worked as Landlords of sizable portfollio of high end properties with Sutherlands (previously Alpha Estates) for over ten years. We have found them to be highly professional and efficient. Our account manager, Adley is always at hand whenever we've needed any assistance, this quite rare, since he very kindly ensures our affairs run seamlessly and more importantly...profitably.

I have been dealing with this company since 2013.

First the pros: beautiful flat, good location, moving in was seamless.
As far as I am concerned there is only one person who works there and is a joy to converse and share my concerns with and that is NAS KHAN.
He has great customer service and always tries his best to solve problems, even the ones that are not in his job description such as maintenance.

The cons: if its not to do with rent payment the company don't want to know!

There was a time I began to believe they were screening my calls. The more problems that arise the more it seemed they tried to ignore my concerns.
But every year when it comes to renewing a contract and an increase in rent they will practically harass you and hunt you down until they get what they want.

For all the rent we pay I'm perplexed why maintaining the flat we rent is such a problem?

Sluggish! That's the word I would use to describe this agency. They get things done EVENTUALLY but only if you constantly phone and BEG.

People give Foxtons a bad rep but I have previously rented with them and didn't encounter as many problems as I have with this company.

I recommend this Estate agent to anyone looking for a place in the UK. My accomodation search went smoothly and fast through their services, especially my first contact person, Naseer Khan. I do not have any cons that I can think of from the time I got in touch with him after seeing the advert on Gumtree to the present moment. Everything has been organised in a professional way and they were good at keeping me updated during every stage of the process.
