Leslie & Co. were fantastic throughout my property-buying journey. As a first time buyer I didn't know a lot about what to expect, and they were so helpful in guiding me through it. Putting an offer in against other people was very stressful, but they couldn't have been more helpful in reassuring me. We had a brilliant experience selling our flat through Leslie & Co and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
It’s easy to think “all estate agents are the same” but having had our flat on the market unsuccessfully with a different agent the year before, we really noticed a big difference with Leslie & Co.
The advert and photos were really well done and we were asked to write a “what the owners love” section which I think gave a nice personal touch.
Communication about viewings was great and they worked hard to block book viewings on one day, which was very welcome when trying to tidy up with young children around.
We got an offer over the asking price very quickly and the selling process was smooth, thanks to Elliott (their Sales Progressor) keeping things on track. We had been asked to complete the property information and fixtures and fittings forms ahead of viewings which meant that Paul could answer any queries viewers had there and then. This also sped up the process once the offer was accepted. If all estate agents did this I think weeks could be saved on the buying and selling process!

Leslie and Co. sold us our first property. We had hundreds of really simple questions that they replied to quickly and with endless patience.
They also helped us navigate all the other steps and people involved in the process which was a massive help and without them we'd have been lost.
On completion day they met us at the property with the most adorable welcome package, to help us settle in to our new home.

I had a great experience with Paul and Alistair at Leslie&Co. They gave me a higher valuation than the other agents, but provided examples and logic on why it was correct and we actually got more than their estimate after our first viewings.
The thing that has made them stand out (apart from getting me more money) was the communication. They use WhatsApp and calls which suits me better than just email and calls and are really responsive to all my questions.
My sale so far is going very smoothly and I am getting regular proactive updates from their sales progressor which is much better than my past experience.

They're a small, local Ealing based firm with a very experienced and dedicated team.
I absolutely recommend Leslie & Co to anyone selling a property. If Carlsberg was an estate agent it would be these guys.
Despite my suspicion of estate agents, their team were professional, respectful, kind, helpful and above all else, honest.

I couldn't have hoped for a better treatment than I received from Leslie & Co. From the viewing all the way through our negotiation with the landlords and our move after that, we've received very a very professional and considerate treatment: responsive and thorough communication, attentive to our preferences and constraints and working hard to find common ground between those and our landlords'. We came to a very reasonable agreement on the repairs needed on the apartment (Leslie & Co didn't previously manage it and had just taken it on) and the terms of our contract and that was largely thanks to Paul. Leslie & Co prides itself for putting people at the center of their work, it's not every day you see a business live up to their promised, but I can absolutely attest to the fact that they do. It was refreshing to be treated this way after our interactions with larger agencies. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Leslie and Co, AKA Paul and Rachel, were the agency I chose to sell my house in West Ealing. They provided a personalised and very professional service from the first time I met them for a pre discussion of the processes right through until completion. They used modern technology to communicate all the viewings and outcomes, and a means of contact to discuss any issues directly with them. It was reassuring that they were always the ones that did the viewings and were always punctual and managed the viewings to cause least inconvenience. They went beyond expectation when there were a few problems and provided support and advice to overcome them. Elliott who does the back room functions kept in touch during the conveyancing processes and liaised with both legal teams to ensure that the process was kept on track.

I had such a positive experience with Leslie & Co. Right from the start they were professional and demonstrated integrity; a breath of fresh air when compared to other estate agents. Their photographs and marketing materials were far superior to those I received from other estate agents too.
Whilst going through the process of selling they were constantly on call for advice. I had tenants in the property to start with and they made time to reassure them. They never had anything to do with the rental side of my property and yet they also did extra things like recommending tradesmen, liaising with tradesmen on my behalf, liaising with my tenants on a number of occasions when I couldn't get over to deal with an issue myself. I grew to trust them entirely and felt like I could be totally transparent about my situation and would receive advice that was in my interest rather than theirs. Working with these two took so much of the stress out of the sales process for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.

Leslie & Co recently sold our house in West London and were absolutely brilliant from start to end. From the first meeting with Rachel and Paul we just knew we would rather deal with them than the hard sell personalities at other estate agents. Saying that, their sales tactics were outstanding; we had 18 viewings on the first Saturday, 6 offers on the table by Monday, and accepted an offer well over the asking price by Thursday.
We had clear communications throughout, and they helped us through all the processes, making what can be such a stressful situation a breeze. We are not planning to move again for a very long time, but when we do we will be looking Leslie & Co up, so we hope they don't get so successful they take early retirement!

I have to say part of the reason we didn't move earlier was probably due to my general fear of the whole process, and if I'm being honest, having to deal with estate agents. We'd never heard of Leslie & Co. They are small independent outfit, and I can't remember exactly how my wife found them. Suffice it to say, if the time ever comes again for us to move, I wouldn't work with anyone else.
From beginning to end they made the process so easy. They delivered on everything that they promised they would, and more. We always felt that they were there to helps us. Communication was handled in a really unobtrusive way. And they could not have done more to help us understand and navigate the process.
Just brilliant.

I contacted Paul when we were badly let down by another estate agent. Paul helped us enormously, going above and beyond every time. He offered guidance and support in dealing with a very complicated situation with the previous agent and tenants. He was quick and proactive and created an advert that showed our house in the best light, including a video tour. He and Rachel were brilliant at getting prospective tenants through the door and conducted lots of viewings, finding us a good tenant, despite being under time pressure. When it came to organising the new tenancy, Paul and Rachel couldn't have been more helpful, liaising with the new tenants to understand their needs and arranging maintenance and repair work in a timely fashion. I used Leslie & Co recently to sell my flat. I was impressed with Paul & Rachel right from the outset. When they came to see my flat for the initial valuation and look around, they spent a lot of time getting to know me, the property and really understanding my circumstances. The quality of the photos and video tour that they used for the brochure were exceptional.
Soon after signing with them we set up a group on Whats App and they provided regular updates. Paul and Rachel were always on-hand to answer queries, offer advice and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
Unfortunately, my first buyers pulled out quite far down the process but they found new buyers within a week and helped the negotiations between all parties and dealt with any bumps in the road. The estate agents I bought from (not in Ealing) were utterly dreadful and, at certain points, Rachel spoke to them on my behalf as I couldn’t face talking to them.
They have been so genuine and cared so much about me and the whole selling process. They really do live up to their promise to offer a personal, supportive and honest service and were brilliant from start to finish.
If you are considering selling or renting your property then definitely consider using Leslie & Co: Rachel Watts and Paul Leslie are setting the standard for what good estate agency looks like!

Their goal wasn't just to help sell our house but also help us find our new home, and they went out their way to help us achieve both.
Paul and Rachel were always on-hand to answer our queries, offer advice and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were initially unsure as they didn’t have the local presence of other high street agents, but their can-do attitude, open communication and genuine interest in our situation more than made up for it. We valued the fact that we knew who we were dealing with and could contact them whenever we needed.

We initially went with a large chain because they promised a lot and we were really confident the team member we initially met with would do a great job selling our flat to prospective buyers. As it turned out, we rarely saw that team member again, and the agents who we did meet were definitely not up to his standard. They also struggled to find prospects, viewings often felt like a waste of time, and we didn’t feel that they were being honest or transparent with us.

While we didn't end up buying the property we looked at with Leslie, she stood out as by far the nicest agent we've met so far. We've kissed a lot of frogs on our search and Leslie is far from being a frog. There is a whole vibe of her caring and wanting to there, he honest etc. To make sure buyers and sellers actually meet eye to eye. It was so bad that we were questioning if we liked the property or the agent. The vibe was so strong. Fantastic agent. If she has anything for us in future while we still look, we're jumping on it.
