This company is outstanding, the whole process from enquiry to viewing to follow up as a prospective tenant is cleverly designed, with multiple digital touchpoints that ensure smooth communication. Their digital marketing is best in class, with good photos and thorough information. Unlike other competitors, you are made to feel valued and your time is not wasted. In person they are also very kind and service oriented and they know Ealing well.

The whole team has been lovely. One member took us on our first tour. We were permitted to come back days later to tour again before making our final selection. Since moving in, Paul had been responsive to every request. We even had a plumbing issue right before Christmas and it was all resolved without impacting our guests.

I couldn't have hoped for a better treatment than I received from Leslie & Co. From the viewing all the way through our negotiation with the landlords and our move after that, we've received very a very professional and considerate treatment: responsive and thorough communication, attentive to our preferences and constraints and working hard to find common ground between those and our landlords'. We came to a very reasonable agreement on the repairs needed on the apartment (Leslie & Co didn't previously manage it and had just taken it on) and the terms of our contract and that was largely thanks to Paul. Leslie & Co prides itself for putting people at the center of their work, it's not every day you see a business live up to their promised, but I can absolutely attest to the fact that they do. It was refreshing to be treated this way after our interactions with larger agencies. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I can’t speak highly enough about how Leslie & Co dealt with the recent sale of my house. The marketing stands out from other similar properties listed, with the feedback from all viewing parties agreeing that it was a true reflection of the property details. From the very first meeting we felt we were dealing with people who knew their trade which subsequently proved to be true. Paul and Rachel were always accessible, calmly and effortlessly ironing out any creases that appeared in the transaction.
