It was such a pleasant experience working with Lee and Antony. Throughout my tenancy, from the very beginning that started with apartment viewing till the end when I moved out of the place, they have been always helpful, efficient, and transparent about everything. Here are what I like the most about working with them: - Move-in date was flexible. Usually, landlords and agencies pick the 1st of a calendar month. However, for me I needed to move in asap back then so they were ok with making the tenancy start date not falling on the 1st. - Maintenance issues around the house got fixed quickly and efficiently. Moving across the ocean by myself and trying to find a place to stay in London wasn't necessarily a fun experience, but they have made it much easier and manageable for me, and I'm thankful for that. I totally recommend them and hope their business continues to flourish in the coming years.... Read more
