Rented property from Alvarez for just over a year and it was a great experience throughout - really prompt responses to any issues when they arose and always really friendly :) Edit: *I posted the above 3 years ago and last week I incorrectly sent my rent money for my current landlord to Alvares, my old estate agents, instead (can you believe it...).
