Our experience with Sell my Home has been excellent, the service offered by Harvey is something not offered by any other estate agent.
Harvey provides you with time and details which really helps when selling your home, unlike other companies there is a genuine feel when working with Harvey.
We took our house off the market following 2 failed attempts to find our next property, however each time Harvey was there to support us providing sound advice making the process easy with minimal stress and anxiety. We have previously had problems with agents being pushy with sales Harvey however had a great way of advising us without any pressure. We will definitely be using sell my home again and look forward to contacting Harvey in the future to help us.

This firm are a joke, I live in a flat yet I am responsible for maintaining the drains apparently?? They charge you for every maintenence issue and believe me the property is in so much disrepair there have been quite a few! Customer service is rubbish unless they are taking your money. I would steer well clear

I waited 2 years to use this agent until I was ready to sell my house and I can honestly say I absolutely made the right decision to do this. Firstly, Scott Cave what a wonderful kind and caring person unlike your typical estate agent but still professional and all his team have been really excellent with communicating and keeping me well informed all the way. And they have being very patient with me. Scott's team were always there to answer my calls, arrange viewings, calling straight back with feedback on my viewings, chasing up buyers! They have been absolutely relentless in getting me a sale on my house which they did of course in no time at all!! Don't believe in the myth that high street estate agents are better, this firm couldn't work harder for you if they tried! If you are selling or are thinking of selling you will be making the right choice in using Scott Cave and his team from Sell My Home. What a fantastic company, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! I wished all estate agents were like this one but unfortunately they are not! Thanks Scott and all the team!!

Firstly I did not get offered any vouchers to leave a positive review. I actually got a very professional final email letter congratulating the exchange and leaving a link to review.
I must admit I did my research and was on the fence between two companies in the end. Sell My Home won me over as Daniel was knowledgeable, professional but not pushy, he let me have time to think and answered any questions. It also was reassuring that they were local.
I certainly do not regret my decision, within 4 months of literally knocking the office door and making my first enquiry the home was sold!. Sell My Home have different sales packages to suit your pocket and needs, the sales type of process you want can be them doing everything or you can DIY some parts e.g. viewings, home pictures.
I personally would not hesitate to use the service again as they were fantastic at keeping me updated along the way, viewing bookings were taken care of and offers were promptly communicated. They also have dedicated teams that work on specific parts of your sales journey which I liked, as it was not one person chasing everything from start to end. Once Daniel sold my home, he handed me thoroughly over to Caroline who saw my journey through to exchange. Overall I was taken by surprise at how good this company was.
