Mandip and Ricky have been fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for helping me sell my house. There were communication problems with the other side solicitors, most of the time they didn’t respond to emails or phone calls. It made my sale very difficult and delayed the process. Mandip helped me a lot to go through the difficult time, he phoned the other side's solicitor almost every day until he got the response.

Lack of due diligence and accountability
I recently had a disappointing experience with this Anderson Brown and clarke. Initially, I was excited about their service, but unfortunately, the reality did not live up to the expectations set by market.
There was a clear lack of, or poor, due diligence on their part on the property that they sale. Important details about the seller were either overlooked or not properly communicated, leading to further issues and dissatisfaction. This negligence also resulted in unexpected expenses for me, which could have been avoided with proper due diligence
Overall, I am very disappointed with their services. I hope they improve their customer service in the future to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Being first time buyers the journey was filled with lots of doubts and questions regarding the process and legal aspects
Anderson Brown & Clarke team was a great help & support to us throughout.
Especially I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mandip & Ricky who took the time out and made sure that we are well informed and aware about status of conveyancing . They dealt with all queries we raised in a cheerful and professional manner, they made sure all our queries are cleared from the seller the freeholder before we proceed to the next step. Afterr my uncle died I needed a valuation of the property he shared with my mother for Inheritance tax purposes. I was recomended Anderson Brown and Clarke so approached them. Mandip visited and not only provided a valuation but also explained how the market was in the area. Very quick and efficient service. A few months later my mother decided to sell her house so I again contacted Mandip. Within a week he had found a buyer and my mother accepted an offer. Unfortunately that sale fell through despite Mandip's best efforts but withiin days Mandip had invited parties interested in a property in the area to view and we again accepted an offer and went on to complete. Throughout the process Mandip kept us fully informed and expedited dealings with the buyer and their solicitor. Anderson Brown & Clarke visited the property regularly while it was empty and advised on how often the heating should come on to protect the property. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend them to other sellers.

Mandip was wonderful from start to finish. Our house had been on the market for 6 months with no offer and we were going through some very difficult family issues. With the frustration and limited time, we were going to go along with National Homebuyers who were offering a very low price, until Mandip stepped in. He found us a cash buyer the same day and began the process efficiently. Since it wasn't a straightforward transaction with the bank, as we were porting, it took a lot of time and dedication. In every aspect of the service we have received from ABC they have remarkably excelled!
From the first phone call, Kevin, with his warm, genuine, considerate manner, left us feeling assured that we were on the right path to getting our place sold.
A timely consultation booking where Kevin, frankly, sold ABC to us within the first 2 minutes.
Taking detailed notes on our property, paying careful attention to how we wanted to present our flat before offering his expert opinion on how to maximise appeal and value.
Within 2 days(as agreed) a glowing and tailored advert was on all the main property search sites (and a few others).
Also, with incredible foresight(as our building is listed), a perfectly placed discrete for sale sign was erected which some how went unnoticed by any of us in residence but was easily picked out by a visiting guest and I have to say, being accustomed to the industry, that’s almost unheard when we’ve all seen them stuffed all over the place without any consideration.
After a slow first week(during lock down) Kevin called us to apologise that he hadn’t sold our flat yet, although we were highly motivated, we obviously understood.
The second week...the viewings started to come in, Kevin kept us in the loop at all times and was a great judge of the fine balance between pushing and being pushy.
Week three....the flat had sold.
The only negative part of the whole situation is that we only found ABC after 2 larger firms had already let us down and we wasted the best part of a year with the wrong agents feeling frustrated with the lack of progress.
This is why we feel it necessary to give credit where it due!
Dedication and receptiveness to our situation was key and just some of the reasons you should make ABC your first choice!

We signed up with Kevin and AB&C after months (12 months) of trying to sell our property (Kingsbury NW9) with another agent (larger estate agency chain) leaving us frustrated and at risk of losing out on a new home we’d found. Kevin and the team sold - completed - the property within 6 weeks of us signing the contract. We had regular and proactive contact throughout - Ricky managed the viewings and sales process really well with a high degree of professionalism and ‘care’. Kevin is the BEST and most honest agent I have ever met! We have approached a few local agents for a valuation of our house and possibly selling it. Some agents never got back to us, some did not even bother to come and look at the property, claiming they know the market prices.

Anderson, Brown & Clarke (ABC) as Estate Agents is not a familiar name, but they have a good list of potential buyers for your property, a willingness to be proactive and call those buyers and the marketing skills to show your home in the best light.
They know the local market especially similar properties, always actively involved and constantly communicating from viewings to completion. I did not necessarily have a lot of viewings, but the quality of those viewings put forward was exceptional. The team knew what each other was doing and the relevant stages of the process. Commission charged was not extortionate and with the quick turnaround from offer to completion, their charge was more than worth it.
I would gladly recommend Anderson, Brown & Clarke to anyone in the future, due to their good quality, value for money, professionalism and responsiveness (definite 5 star service).

I have known them since the last three months. Mr Mandip Sihra and his teams have been very helpful and given me really good support throughout the transition. Every time I call them Mr Mandip Sihra and his team have been very helpful, polite and supportive.
Mr Mandip Sihra - the operation director has provided me great service with full support and advice. Always taking his free time to inform us.
During the transition, he always kept us updated and he also pushed this process fast to ensure the completion and exchange was done before Christmas. He is the kindest person I have ever met. When selling our house, my wife and I met some very smooth operators. Agents visited the property and told us exactly what we wanted to hear.
Anderson Brown and Clark were different. They were real. They gave us a an optimistic yet realistic asking price for the property that they were confident would result in a sale.
It seemed like some of the high street branches were only interested in getting you to sign up. ABC were genuinely passionate about selling our property.
Our property was sandwiched between two other properties that were being sold by high street names. Ours was sold in just over 3 months. The other two properties are both still on the market as I write this review.
I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend ABC to colleagues and friends; indeed I have done so already.
We are grateful that we chose Anderson Brown and Clark because they sold our property at a very good price and their general service was commendable.

I contacted Anderson Brown and Clarke as they were recommended to me by a friend who sold her house through them. Mark Coden came to value the house. He was very honest, valued it fairly and was confident he would sell it. He was true to his word. After the second open day, we accepted an offer on our house. Mark sold it in 5 days!
Communication throughout the sale with Lee and Nick was excellent. They kept me informed at all times.
I would definitely recommend ABC for their professionalism and their commitment.

We put our house on the market the previous year with lots of viewings but no offers and poor service so we took our house of the market. They fulfilled there promise and sold within the week, they made a stressful time smooth and seamless from recommending and excellent solicitors service to a fantastic removal company. As soon as we viewed the house, Lee Marskall was very welcoming and gave me and my wife a lot of information about the house. He said he will ring us and he was true to his word. Everytime i needed information he and the rest of the Anderson Brown & Clarke team were 100% committed to getting me the answers as quickly as possible. Very efficient and professional.
Emailed and rang back as soon as they could. Could not fault them at all.
Definitely recommend them!!

wow where do I start. my family got sucked into a bad situation with an online estate agent who tried to take a 40k commission. as luck would have it Kevin from AB&C knocked on our door and quickly helped us in a time of great stress. it was with a matter of urgency that we sold our property for the best we possibly could without for sale signs outside our property. Kevin was professional extremely friendly and handled it amazingly. I am now in my new house with a massive profit thanks to Kevin and his wonderful team. communication was amazing from the whole company the solicitors were understanding and extremely patient and Kevin knows the area very well and will be very honest and up front. please if your looking to sell or even buy turn to AB&C they are wonderful and I hope they are around for many more years to come they are an absolute credit to the industry and we as a family can't thank them enough

This was the first property I was buying, Kevin was amazing throughout the whole process, I had a problem mid-way through the transaction and without Kevin it wouldn't of happened. I was kept constantly in the loop and he managed to keep the vendor happy during that period.

A big thank you to Kevin for always being professional and positive in helping me selling my house. When I was being a pessimist he was always being positive during the process.
Kevin was the 3rd estate agent to take my house on the market. From the beginning Kevin said that he will sell my house ( I thought whatever). Not sure where he found the potential buyer, he was true to his word. Took me 10 months to sell and had 3 estate agents. With hindsight, should have went with Anderson Brown & Clarke in the first instance. Never mind, Kevin got me a buyer for my home. I am very grateful for all the work he had put into the process.
My family and I are over the moon and are happy in our new home.

Following a very poor service from another agent, I contacted Mark who provided an excellent professional service throughout the sale process. He was very enthusiastic and personally showed the property around to the buyers including weekends rather than sending a junior member of staff, and I therefore believe his experience and knowledge of the market greatly helped the smooth sale of the property. Both Mark and his team were very accommodating with a flexible approach to viewing the property, handling any issues arising and were in regular communication providing updates throughout the whole of the sale process. I would definitely recommend Mark and this Estate Agent.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. Very unprofessional, Very unethical, would not let me book a viewing without knowing my financial status, pressurised me into disclosing my deposit etc. Something i didn't want to do, said that if you cannot afford it i don't want to waste time! Please do not make presumptions, and at least respect your clients wishes. I would like to make it clear for any one that is working here that you are the middle man that connects buyers to seller, you DO NOT OWN these houses, hence maybe bring your ego down a notch. There are far more successful people out there that do not have the attitude problem that you do! your company is small, basic and looks like you hire anybody to work for you, even those that do not know how to speak in a professional manner. they do not listen to any constructive criticism, and complaints, with their head in the sand it will be difficult for you to ever reach the heights of other estate agents. Sellers, please be aware that they talk to buyers like they're crap and they don't book viewings in because its a 'waste of time', please go with other better agents out there, there is a reason they have made it big!

Having not been able to sell my maisonette for a year when ABC came to the rescue I had an offer within weeks. They really know the market and were realistic and supportive through out the whole process even to recommending the amazing mortgage advisor who sorted me out within in 2 days!!! 1 star, because there is no zero star. Very unprofessional, no consideration for the client. I was selling a property and these guys found it advertised on Zoopla, came and knocked on my door, left a card for me to call, as I was not available. When I called, the guy started the conversation about Anderson Brown & Clark already having 2 customers ready to do the viewings and could be interested in the property. Obviously, that was a lie. When I called to find out, I was told that he would see me on a particular date and time. So I planned accordingly. No one turned up. Called to find out and I was told that no viewings were arranged for the date, which was again not true. On reminding about the conversation, this guy halfheartedly told me that they made some calls but no buyer was available. The agent felt no need to even inform me about it. What is interesting is that I was in discussion with some other agent and when I told him about Anderson Brown & Clark and this other agent asked me if it started exactly the way I have explained above, and wished me luck. I was surprised. Asked Anderson Brown & Clark to remove my property from their website within a week of them listing my property.

Very unprofessional and unethical company. No consideration for customers. Felt like they are only interested in making any commission even if its very low.
