Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Just called at 17:16 to enquire about one of my properties I’m looking to sell. The lady who answered the phone said “it’s 7pm why you calling me at this time” the time was 5:16pm firstly and secondly your details on google do not specify your closing time. Lastly how unprofessional to answer the phone in this manner. If this is how you treat your clients before they’ve even instructed you, then definitely not worth a phone call. I do not recommend Martin and Co letting agent as they are not customer centric and do not understand the tenant requirements. The lift was not working whilst shifting and I mentioned about the delay to vacate and the Letting agent director Jagadish asks we have provided a full furnished house what else you need to vacate. They dont understand customer sentiments. I had reported a water leakage issue and it took 2 months to resolve it.! Not a great experience and I wont recommend them.... Read more

Where Should I start ? Great Experience! We have rented through Martin & Co for first time now, directly moving far from INDIA to UK into a flat. I have earlier interacted with couple of other agency in past, but remotely working with Martin was as smooth as we are locally present. Their staff are highly professional and personable (shout out to Callum and Pawan). Jagdish is highly inclusive and has way out for all your issues / concerns. I can't recommend Martin & Co enough. Martin & Co was recommended to me by a good friend of mine when i was desperately looking for the ideal accommodation. I explained to Martin & Co exactly what i wanted and they have arranged viewing for me during the same week. Fortunately for me, i liked the very first property i viewed and submitted a bid for the property immediately after viewing. All consultations, paperwork & contractual agreement were finalised within 2 weeks & i was very pleased with the outcome. disappointed with their service, we were transferred from maidenhead and that's when the problems started! worst bit was the deposit, they gave us various dubious charges, we challenged at the deposit protection scheme and got ALL our deposit back! Useless and unresponsive. We were originally with Maidenhead branch and suddenly had emails telling us to change our standing order to the Slough branch as Maidenhead had been taken over. These emails were sent a week before the actual take over and we had had no prior communication about this. They just expected us to change a standing order for >£1000/month to go to someone new from a quick email. We had no idea at the time if this was legitimate and it was handled very unprofessionally. Since being with Slough branch, emails have gone unanswered and if I ring up no one seems to know what is going on.... Read more

Hi, just want to say everything the last 2 reviews said is true. I witness myself. This guy even been verbally abusing me, I'm little deaf and don't care. But no one has a right to treat anyone, any human like this, especially disabled. Sad experience, if this was council tenants, they would have got evicted ages ago for serious anti social behavior, but these private tenants are bullies and martin co not help at all..Whats funny is martin co ignore us and we notice they have more people there than they say at property, so small world, what goes around comes around. The estate agent ignore us and the tenants ignore the estate agent.. lol..... Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ESTATE AGENTS!! My friend has just called me who left the review below and she told me the word limit was exceeded?. I have just read a news report of today that car exhaust fumes are toxic and can cause lung cancer!! I am angry upset and so am leaving this review. Cutting this long story short, this is a serious everyday problem for me and a daily struggle for me to get fresh clean air and breathe safely, From after 2017 eid to right now, every ramadan and eid which is supposed to be extra special is now an added misery, NOT TO MENTION THE DAILY ABUSE AND HARRASMENT I GET! This polish guy is so evil he actually glares and threatens me from next door while i am upstairs on the first floor of my house , gesturing, glaring and sniggering. When he sees me he makes a point about extra revving his old double exhaust cars, which is very distressing egged on by his friends. I am fed up of calling martin and co, despite various messages to pierre, jagdish the property manager has never called me once. Imagine my anger when jagdish who refused to give me the landlord details and after advice from the police and other authorities, I paid for a land registry check and find out the house is in jagdish's name!! Since my last call with jagdish who seemed completely put out to talk to me, I have had another 3 week chest infection from the polish tenants activities, could not fast, was terrified over eid and all i want is the following which I hope is not to unreasonable: 1)Confirmation that this is a residential property and the landlord will ensure no business activities are conducted on site. The current daily activities, including repairing upto 10 diesel/petrol lawnmowers in the back garden, give me toxic fume inhalation, noise pollution and breathing difficulties, allergies and can not access my garden or open the windows, I live in fear of abuse from the neighbors. 2) Most people have smoking, no pet tenancy in place, in light of my issues for the relocation of these nuisance pets and have this in place to not discriminate against me in the direct vicinity of this property. and 3)Give me clarification that it is now safe for me to open my house windows, access my garden which looks like a bomb has gone off. This is my first experience of racist, disability discrmination and harrasment.I have had despite being born and bred in the uk, which i am so proud of. I am entitled to have no noise pollution, have clear fresh air, access my garden and not live in fear like I am. jagdish and martin co either have too much money, or dont need any more customers, which may explain why they have dragged things so long.I would need to investigate if ignoring my pleas for help is classed as negligence on behalf of the landlord who continue to encourage this behaviour of their tenants despite me doing everything sensible , making them aware and having serious issues. I am so sick of being picked on because of them exploiting my disabilities, and ethnicity as well, its a living nightmare. Oh and now they have bought a old mouldy caravan this weekened. Its been 2 days so I think they have gone to poland, its quiet and i have had no abuse, I hope they have gone so I can get much needed respite and no abuse or harrasment. I beg someone to sort this out by the time they come back. However i doubt martin co will still do anything and will ignore this review like they not returning my calls. I didn't even get a call after nearly a month as agreed because i had a chest infection and this is the most appalling customer service, no one chased up my call. If martin co had dealt with my complaint before, I would never have been made to leave such a bad review. I would give zero stars if I could. It should never have been left to go so long.IF i could describe this scenario, it would be disgusting, racist, discriminatory of being disabled and blatant dis regard by martin co and discriminatory behavior violating my humans rights by their tenants.... Fraud estate agents who bully the disabled through their tenants, just interested in money, promote racism, bullying and harassment from tenants to the vulnerable disabled. I would give zero rating as nothing these people have done any reputable estate agent would do. My seriously disabled friend has been trying to get help regarding polish tenants of martin and co for a while now in wexham. The polish family have shown complete disregard and so have martin co, so I have decided to write a review of the shocking and disgusting behaviour my ill friend is suffering from on a daily basis. The property was bought by a builder and both the tenants were made aware of my friends breathing, disabilities and allergies. She did this to ensure she could live in peace as a homeowner next door. The polish girlfriend of one of the family members, decided to buy the largest parrots, so noisy you can hear them from the house next door with even the windows closed!. She tried to contact the builder since 2017 when problems got serious enough that she could not even make a call for a funeral from her back garden as the parrots were so noisy. The landlord never returned her calls, and due to the noise and despite serious allergies and vit d deficiency, she stopped opening her house windows at the back of the house, and stay in the house . The house had a permanent martin co to let sign, which with wexham being such a popular area, people would enquire at her house and door knock to ask about the area possibly to move in. Every year this polish family goes to poland for a few months over the summer, so fed up my friend called martin co to find out a) if the property was to let, and if not why there sign has been there for years. The team member pierre explained they were not breaking the law which they seemed to be as these tenants have been there since 2007 approx. She continued to contact the landlord, left messages and texs and had no reply whatsoever. So she wrote a polite letter to tenants explaining the issue to kindly relocate the pet parrots and with the ramadan approaching to be mindful of the noise. The polish neighbours instead wrote back the animals had more importance in theIr religion than she was and they were well aware of her religon and when the holy month is. with still no reply from the landlord she just gave up. Immediately after this letter the polish family who also do some sunday markets business, also started tools repair business and extensive car repair business in cluding mechanics repairing cars for money from front of the garden from this same residential property. So now this poor woman my friend, could even open the front windows of the house. In 2017, during the holy nights of ramadan, these polish would conduct open air cinema viewings in the garden on the 27th night the holiest night of ramadan. She continued to just suffer in silence. one of the younger males who strips engines out of cars, spray paints, fix cars and vehicles on site everyday, would continually rev the car engines with the exhaust directed within 2 meters of this poor womans kitchen EVERY DAY! She would open the front door or kitchen window and would start coughing from the exhaust fumes and had numerous chest infections with a permanent cough. On eid day 2017, this same young polish male decided to not only rev his cars again but use an industrial compressor and professional steam clean and spray spray one of these cars. My friend had to leave the house to celebrate eid at her mum and dads, and began choking so bad, she walked to take a pic of the activity on the pavement and the polish male started threatening her, she was struggling to breath, collapsed, had anaplaxic shock and taken straight into a and e with inhaling toxic fumes from his paint or industrial engine cleaning. That ruined not only her eid day and caused her whole family distress, but she was ill for a whole month after this.The landlord during this time still not replied to any of her messages or calls despite being stopped ... these people are so racist and evil!...
