I cannot believe the good reviews given below. Wish I could give a 0 (zero) to this real estate because I have heard your customer having so many issues that I am compelled to write this review. Not reverting and no timely action taken to address the issues. Absolutely zero maintenance and treatment to the tenants is ridiculous. It is high time authorities take action on this real estate.

Currently 2 months into a complaint for a property they manage which is damaging our property, due to the poor condition of the property they let.
The property has poor drainage and black mould and an asthmatic child lives in the property.

Andre Knight makes our position very straightforward by being incredibly communicative, as well as making intelligent decisions on our behalf where appropriate. We trust their judgement, and they have never let us down. Ben responds very quickly to any inquiries we have, and has all the relevant information at hand at all times. I am very pleased and satisfied with my overall experience with the Anderson Knight team, especially Ben regarding my ongoing tenancy period. We recently got an issue with the window of our master bedroom which was not opening and causing suffocation due to lack of ventilation. It was not an easy job to fix, however Ben supported us and tried his best to convince the owner to get the window repaired as earliest possible. The fantastic maintenance service delivered throughout by the Anderson Knight team has made us their loyal customer, hence I would highly recommend their customer friendly services to my friends and network.

Rang this agent for a property listed early October. A 1 bed flat in Isleworth. Was told they’ll ask tenants in regards to the viewing as this can be done during weekends only to which I agreed. I rang them again after 3/4 days and was told the same. Just noticed the property has now been let. Very unresponsive service.

Absolutely non responsive. Been chasing them for a property enquiry for more than 3-4 weeks. They did not return calls. When they did they tell to view on the same day in 1-2 hours like take it or leave it. They just don't care. Really surprised with the whole experience

Great experience with this agency after renting a flat with them in South Ealing area. They have provided a great service through the duration of our tenancy. From the very beginning, they were quite friendly and accepted the changes we wanted to include in the tenancy agreement. We had to call them a couple of times to report problems with the boiler or the alarm, and they always managed the entire process to send someone to fix it or give us a solution. The flat was offered at a competitive price for the area where it is located.

Absolutely unbelievable. After 3 phone calls and two email within a week I have heard nothing back. Everytime I call they telling me that someone will get back to me-its a joke! The property in West Drayton was listed in september and is still on the market-Im ready to go with my money for the asking price but they are not coming back to me, they cant be bother and what you always will hear on the phone is "we are busy". Guess what, I will get one the floor below from different agent. Anderson Knight you can congratulate yourself for loosing a client.

Very rude (young) lady on the phone. Impolite, cold and not helpful at all. Her attitude was out of line. I've been in contact with 15 agencies before her and they were all nice.
She even said to me: "You're not the client, you're a tenant, let's not speak to each other anymore".
I highly do not recommend this agency.

I had booked a studio by paying booking deposit and agreed to move in 2 weeks . I did not even get any call for anything till 2 days before my agreed moving date and i had called the guys and they said Owner had given this property to someone else and we cant do anything you need to find other.
Next day my tenancy is getting over and in 2 days my wife is joining me ..imagine my position . PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES AND THINK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY BEFORE CONTACTING THESE GUYS .. Frankly , i do not want to five any star rating , since i Google is not accepting post without rating i am give least one ..

Once you’ve settled in to the property and paid all of the fees, Anderson Knights team suddenly becomes unreachable (and don’t call back or respond to emails for days on end unless you constantly pester them). my friend and I moved out of the property early March and nearly a month later they (Chanel) are still coming up with issues and delaying the process of giving the bond back. The electric hob that was cracked when I viewed the property is suddenly now our fault because ANDERSON KNIGHT don’t have it in their records. They are holding back £240 of MY money because they don’t even have correct information on their records. I didn’t realise that was my job to inform them of issues in their properties? Also the property being in Clapham - it’s not exactly next door to where the office is in Ealing so when we had a rodent issue and continuously leaking ceiling beams every time it rained - nothing was arranged as Chanel either doesn’t respond intentionally or says she will get back to us but never did. Washing machine was also leaking a lot from day one, going through to the bedroom downstairs - this was never replaced (despite being told it would). Typical. The team are useless and don’t communicate with each other, clearly. AVOID.

Most of the 5 star reviews here are clearly accounts that have been created by Anderson knight; they've only reviewed anderson knight and nothings else. Bit suspicious! Would suspect allagents is the same.
Poor communication and aggressive sales. Found them very unhelpful and unfriendly. Open rent is definetly the way forward!

Highly Unprofessional and sales oriented! I rented a room which was completely unclean (see pics). They took more than a week and 4 times of calling. They are most active only till you pay the money... And then completely ignore. They don't respond to mails, very discerning attitude over calls. They have no clue about their properties and the landlord - agent play a game of blaming each other leaving the tenant completely Misguided and stressful experience. Fabian uses all his sales tricks to give false assurances and makes sure nothing is on paper but all verbal assurances. So pls don't trust anything that is said, because the a lot of quality and feature aspects are missed out in the fine print. Gentleman trust is the last thing on the agenda. I feel mistreated as they misguided me on the property parking completely unsettling experience. Feels betrayed by both the landlord and agent. Definitely not recommended.!!!

Ali is a great estate agent. We have been with him for over 4 years now and he is the best agent we have ever known. He always returns calls nearly instantly and is always helpful, no matter the situation, in addition to being very friendly,polite and approachable. We highly recommended Ali to anyone looking for an estate agent that they want to trust their family with.

Being a first time landlord, it was very overwhelming with multiple agents trying to provide you with information and reasons why they are most suitable in managing your property.
Anderson Knight were able to have a frank chat with me and were able to provide all the information I required without overloading with too much information.
I have been thoroughly satisfied with them as letting agents as they were able to get my property to market and within two weeks, have a tenant move in.
Would highly recommend Anderson Knight as they professional on all levels and will treat you as equals when many other agents will not.

The house was nice, but unfortunately old so things regularly went wrong. Anderson Knight were woeful at dealing with issues. Late to reply to urgency and fix things throughout my tenancy. Recommend avoiding.

We have been renting our property in Ealing through Anderson Knight and have constantly had our expectations exceeded. Being medical professionals our busy work schedules required full management of our flat, and with two different sets of tenants in past three years the whole process has been managed seamlessly and with great professionalism by the team. We are never troubled unnecessarily and any works that need our permission is presented to us with competitive quotes from workmen.

This is a ridiculous agency never seen so much incompetents altogether, the guy we dealt with just assumed we were a bunch of idiots! They posted a luxury flat for a reasonable price that has never actually been on the market and told me personally that the landlord doesn't accept sharers so just for fan my colleague phoned up saying it was for his family and guess what it'd been gone already. They do this on a regular basis, so that you can call and once they say its gone or for only one tenent you still give them your details and they assure you they have more properties coming up.

Since the first day I started the tenancy they were completely irresponsible, they didn't clean the flat before moving in (and it was in a disgusting condition) and didn't do the checkout until 4 days after moving in.
They would never answer any email and for any problem about the property (like a leak covering the whole bathroom with mould) would require me to call them many times before they would even send someone to check, to the point that the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould for 4 months and by the time I left they didn't bother to clean it.
If you think about renting your own flat, they don't take any responsibility for any damages to the property, and keep the flat in a very bad condition without trying to fix anything.
