Andrew has just helped me sell my father's house after being recommended to us. I definitely made the right choice and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone else. He was extremely knowledgable, approachable and sensitive to our needs. His advice and support throughout the process was fantastic. In particular, I really appreciated the regular updates as communication with companies is not always the easiest but this was not the case with Andrew. He kept us informed all along the way and was easily contactable when required. It was certainly no surprise to me seeing all the 5 star glowing reviews here! Well deserved! Can not recommend Andrew highly enough. Andrew was sensitive to our situation, contactable at all times, professional and is certainly an expert in his field. Andrew wasn't a pushy agent, he was quietly confident and found the right buyer for us, giving us confidence throughout a really challenging time.
I would recommend anyone needing an estate agent to make Andrew their first choice.

We picked Andrew to sell our house (which completed 2 weeks ago) because he was involved in all aspects of the sale, and he seemed to give us an honest view. And unlike other agents, when the house didn't sell at first, he didn't recommend reducing the price a lot, but stuck with it and it all went well. I'm very happy with the service and communication.
