Homecare Estates are excellent estate agents. We were tenants with them for about 2 years and found them to be vey helpful. They were prompt in their responses and helped to swiftly fix any issues that came up. They were respectful in their approach towards us, which sadly has been an issue with other estate agents in the past (particularly some of the bigger firms). It was refreshing to be with an independent estate agency. Homecare Estates offer a much better service than most estate agents that I have had to deal with over the past 10 years. Neneh provided a great customer care. It was a dedicated and quick process. It took no more than 2 weeks to have it all completed. They have used a partner to do all the checks which is a straightforward and easy to use digital platform. The property was inspected and cleaned before the keys were delivered.
