Terrible Service - Do NOT use! Used YourMove Wallington to let a property. At the beginning Staff were lovely, however that soon changed. Completely incompetent, passive aggressive and frustrating as I had to often chase them up - not to mention they are ridiculously expensive. This agent was recommended by a friend and proved to be very efficient. The manager met with us to discuss the marketing of the house and explained clearly the merits and demerits of different ways to achieve a sale. The support from his staff, the photography and other assessments went very smoothly and we were grateful to be kept informed regularly about progress of the sale. Selling a house is just as stressful for the vendor as it is for the buyer and at each stage the staff, Alex and Gerald phoned or answered my emails without any problem.
