The staff were professional and friendly. I felt a little under pressure to give a firm answer at a difficult moment in my house move process but the staff always responded politely and reassuringly to my many queries once I had committed. There were a few errors with monies owed but these were quickly corrected.

If i can give zero stars i would. Such bad is their work. They give an unfit property to live in for rent - bathroom extractor fans are missing, boiler doesnt work, heaters dont work, noise from vents is deafening - to the point that you cannot sleep at night.
And they just keep giving excuses and keep sending people to checkin while they do nothing.
They forget to tell you about parking permits and what not...list is endless. Dont want to take names, but the whole agency is down the dumps.
Avoid it at all cost.

Demi and her team were the best! Demi, the Lettings Manager in particular took extra care to understand the situation and made it her mission to maintain positivity in a time that was difficult to do so. Demi was so kind to my mum who had difficulty finding a property but made sure my mum was comfortable and took the time to speak to the landlords ensuring there was a human experience which left a positive impact. I would highly recommend the Wallington branch as they really know how to speak to customers and listen to understand their needs. Such a fantastic experience.

Absolutely a waste of time. They made us go through a referencing agency, which is supposed to be a professional company. They confused our tax return with another client's and then the estate agent called again and confirmed it was the referencing agency's fault. The estate agents initially confirmed that the income of £35k salary and £15k student finance was fine after the referencing company denied and didn't accept it. Then Mr. Landlord didn't want kids in the house even though it was mentioned at the beginning. To anyone reading this, the referencing company Lettinghub sucks.
To rent, you must earn £50k, have no kids, and no pets. Basically, they've made it so hard for people to live, earn, and rent. They wonder why people out there are robbing places left, right, and center. Well, you need to give them a chance. (This part is for the landlords.)
Apart from this, thanks, Jack. You were very helpful, though.

amazingly helpful staff that are friendly and kind! Jack has been such a great help while house hunting! He has made a usually stressful process so much easier! He has provided great support though out my search and has been lovely to deal with on viewings and though communication. Absolutely brilliant at what he does and is so understanding and thoughtful. Trying to finding a home in the year 2024 almost felt like an impossible joke, but thanks to the honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful service provided by agents Jack & Demi, it became a quick, smooth and stress-free experience.
From the moment I reached out to them with my inquiries, they went above and beyond to assist me at every step of the way. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns as well being very transparent on providing clear intention on how the landlord was planning to do with property and genuine did they best to tailored to my needs as a first-time renter.
Moreover, Jack and Demi's willingness to assist didn't end once the paperwork was signed. They remained readily available to address any further queries or issues that arose.

Used YourMove Wallington to let a property. At the beginning Staff were lovely, however that soon changed. Completely incompetent, passive aggressive and frustrating as I had to often chase them up - not to mention they are ridiculously expensive. Honestly terrible experience and zero concern about customer service or wellbeing.

This agent was recommended by a friend and proved to be very efficient. The manager met with us to discuss the marketing of the house and explained clearly the merits and demerits of different ways to achieve a sale. The support from his staff, the photography and other assessments went very smoothly and we were grateful to be kept informed regularly about progress of the sale. Selling a house is just as stressful for the vendor as it is for the buyer and at each stage the staff, Alex and Gerald phoned or answered my emails without any problem.
Many thanks to them, at one of the most stressful times in the housing market, the sale completed on 22/06/2023. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Stay away from Vulcan House, Hackbridge!!! Your Move Wallington have been representing a completely dodgy developer. Vulcan house, Restmor Way has been marketed by Your Move since at least 2017. Why has the build taken so long? Because the developer has no idea what they're doing. They've been continuously failing inspections, the builders have been SQUATTING in these 'new build' apartments and using the appliances, and the agents here are fully aware of the shoddy practices that have been going on over the years. I don't know how Alex or Gerald (and anybody else involved) sleep at night. To knowingly sell these shoddy apartments to people is horrifically unethical. Please stay away from Vulcan House if you can!!! Unfortunately Your Move aren't honest and will happily leech money from people on behalf of completely incompetent developers. Every one that I've spoken to about my experience with Your Move Wallington, and the developer River Wandle Ltd for Vulcan House, are completely shocked at the practices from these companies. I'm surprised there are any good reviews at all here, but I'm sure that will change soon.

Gerald in the Wallington branch was an absolute legend when I was buying my property. There were many complications, none the fault of Your Move, but he went above and beyond to help and keep me updated. He should probably charge the solicitors as he was far more on it that them!

Everyone in the office was always available when required. Added bonus when I had to leave a message it was acted on and I received a follow up call to confirm the message had been acted on. Advice during the sale was given and always turned out to be very helpful. There was a very short timeframe for the completion of the transaction and along with others this was successfully completed. I could not have asked for more.

I let a flat through this branch in 2018, I spoke to a lady (Adeyna ) at the time of tenancy renewal(Jan'2020) and she gave me a termination notice without listening my words(At that time, I agreed to purchase a house and renewal was not a good option) . And then she mentally tortured us with false blames to vacate the property ..I found that she is a very rude lady and I doubt how she become a letting manager without knowing basic letting rules and also she doesn't know how standing order works.

The branch gives a great service, especially Brad who is more than helpful and goes above and beyond. Unfortunately the centralised management service doesn’t match this expectation, and I often have to chase things or check things as a landlord, but Brad will always do his best to help even when it’s not his role.
In summary, great service from the branch, but no so great from the centralised team in Southampton, and there is a disconnect.
