Michael took great photos of the property, qualified prospective buyers well and we had an offer over asking within a couple of weeks of the listing going live. We complete next week and the buyers came round to measure up the other day - they have also found Ushers to be helpful and communicative during the delays we experienced with the new property we are purchasing.
