Micheal from Ushers came to give us our valuation He was friendly and professional explained the whole process and what he and his team would be doing. The contract was so straight forward not pages of small print like others. Micheal took the photographs himself and they were amazing!
He and his team Stephanie and James looked after us from the moment we signed to the moment we handed over the keys .
We had a difficult buyer and wow they sorted EVERYTHING thing out the whole way and went above and beyond to make sure any stress we had was taken off us and sorted by themselves. Stephanie became my rock through it all and had lovely chats when she was updating us regularly
They are a small family business so they have a special friendly personal touch your not just their client at end of a phone they become more of friends
We can not thank them enough absolutely brilliant throughout

Michael and Stephanie were amazing throughout the entire house sale and purchase. Michael gave a very competitive fee, worked and helped me through some issues with the whole process. He gave me some very good advice which was fundamental in getting the right result.
Stephanie was super helpful and stuck fast with me right to the end, keeping me updated with any updates big or small.
Both were professional, quick and courteous when dealing with my questions and without them I would not have managed the outcome I did.
I am ever so grateful for their help in what is a super stressful process in life and they made it so much more bearable.

Michael and his team have looked after me as a repeat customer for over 13 years. His company have efficiently marketed my 4 bedroom house and have found me professional tenants. They have then made sure the whole process has been hassle free every step of the way. When a tenant has decided to move on, Ushers have worked hard to advertise my property for rent again and have found me a tenant in record time. I have found their service and fees to be excellent. I chose Ushers because they are a truly independent family owned business and they go the extra mile for landlords and owner.

We conducted our own viewings by arrangement of Ushers and whilst we initially thought it was odd (having not experienced that form of house selling before), we enjoyed meeting our potential buyers and realised we were best placed to answer any questions they had about the house.
No house sale is stress free but Michael and his team were supportive with a quick response time and on hand to answer any questions. I'd happily use Usher's again.

I was impressed initially with the fact Ushers had hundreds more 5 star reviews than other local agents.
I then spoke to the team and found the transition from my initial enquiry through to instructing Michael to put my 4 bed house on the market for sale very efficient. Their premium marketing made my house stand out online & I was impressed with the quality of viewings.
I had 2 offers and Ushers helped me choose the best buyer. I was very pleased they also achieved the full advertised price in this market.
I was frustrated on my purchase because the local agent handling this was not very efficient & were very reactive. Ushers on the other hand were pro actively updating me regularly and helped me get my sale & purchase through.
I would definitely use Ushers again & I am very happy supporting this family Estate Agent who really did work hard for me on my sale as well as doing what the other agent should have been doing on my purchase.
