Good, all told. Friendly agent, good communicators, excellent publicity, they conducted the viewings really well and stayed on the case till a sale was agreed. I would only fault them on their recommended lawyers who were clearly overloaded and shouldn't therefore have been recommended. Not the best quality control on BM's part. But BM were helpful in standing them down so I could get new (good) lawyers.

I received brilliant service from the Lettings team especially Wintana loved her energy very enthusiastic and provided exceptional service along with Peter and Harry who work efficiently in securing me a tenant and achieving me the highest rent. Definitely will use them again :)
