I had more viewers coming to see my house than my last two agents. I felt that they listened to us and took notice to what we had to say and also the information that we thought prospected buyers will want to know. I found the staff very efficient and friendly. We marketed our property and within a week had 16 offers, one of which we accepted, through no fault of the agent the buyer dropped out after 3 months, the agent was straight back on the case and arranged more viewings and further offers were received, we had a number of lost buyers as the market had changed significantly in the last 12 months but this did not put our agent off and they continuously kept viewings coming in until we secured our buyer. Throughout the process the whole team kept us informed of how things were going, they also assisted with dealing with the solicitors and liaised with the agents for our onward purchase to make sure everything kept moving, a special mention to Veejay who did most of our viewings and even had to contend with our cats!. I cannot recommend them enough as the personal service you get I'm sure is far beyond what you would get with a larger/chain agent... Read more
