We have just completed on our property, it was a long and complicated chain. Anne worked tirelessly on it, she would not give in and ended up being the one co ordinating all the clients, estate agents and solicitors all along the chain.I believe our move would not have happened if we had not had Anne championing our cause. As first time buyers we felt taken advantage of. As people that sell houses they are bound to know a bit about houses and we were sold a house with a lot of issues. Never go through people they recommend surveyors etc as they clearly work hand in hand.

I rented a lovely little flat in Hailsham from Angela Marden Estate Agents, I dealt with Jasmin, Jasmin was easy to communicate with, and the flat was clean and freshly painted for my arrival, I also got a lovely little welcome hamper ????, Jasmin was on time to every appointment and nothing was an issue even when I managed to lock myself out for the 3rd time they were on hand to help, I would highly recommend Angela Marden and if I ever need soemwhere else to private rent in future they will be my go to. It was a pleasure dealing with the team and they were all helpful and friendly. If you need a private rental I would highly recommend Angela Marden.
