The headline price given in the ads was at the lowest end of a range that was also given in the ad. The valuation was at the midpoint of the range quoted. In a slowed market, Buyers only offered at or below the headline price.

Danny who came to the valuation was so nice! He explained everything so well and really put us at ease.
Once it was sold, Amy in the after sales has been fantastic! She was always in contact letting us know what was going on and what stages we were at, and seemed to know what was going on before anyone else did. All in all a brilliant experience
