Best rental agents in this agency. Specially, Jack and Jamie, they are prompt, courteous and professional. They handled all the moving in and moving out formalities seamlessly and ensured the process was hassel free for me.

Don't waste your time. Dealing with Jack Tozer was absolutely waste of time for me. He promised to call, he didn't. I wanted to give an offer to a landlord. Jack even didn't listen to my offer (he never accepted any written application and he even didn't ask what was my offer) and said that the landlord chose someone else. This company didn't follow any procedure with me. Avoid or go there and be prepare to feel be discriminated etc. Also, Charlie Lickiss left here 5 stars review. Person with the same first name and surname works in this company...

We rented with them for four years and whilst they weren't perfect, they did a good enough job that we'd consider renting with them again in the future. :)

Happy to take your money. Once your in, don't bother contacting them for anything, you'll get rude response, if you even get a response. Useless estate agent and charge extortionate fees.

i wouldnt even bother to tick a star. They completely wasted my time and got my hopes up saying from day one everything would be ok. I packed together everything i own and they call me the day im supposed to move in saying its been cancelled giving me no reason as to why and offering me no help to find something else. Absolutely disgusted.
