We have recently sold our flat in Westbourne.My husband has owned it for 27 years but due to getting older and health issues he has decided to relocate to Canada.we had to leave before the sale was completed and Matthew Theobald went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth sale for us,helping us with all the technical stuff we had to deal with.Being seniors we are not terribly.computer literate and without his help not sure we could have achieved it He was so professional but also extremely kind and helpful at a difficult time in our lives.I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of our friends and family.Other staff in.the office were also very friendly and helpful

My partner and I where looking for a 2 bed flat and had little to no contact from other agents throughout Bournemouth, we sent our first enquiry to Palmer Snell and by the end of the day we had spoken to Ella over the phone and confirmed a viewing for our flat. From the first point of contact Ella was very responsive to all forms of contact she was helpful and also extremely patient when certain delays on our end caused some issues.
