I rented from them for a year. very professional, they don't ask for extortionate fees like some other agents, they gave me all the correct paperwork (including checklists of what safety certificates I should ask for etc) and were always timely with fixing things. I would highly recommend them.

Anthony Charles have been my letting agents for the 8 years. They are a team who are very professional experienced and efficient, with great customer service. They have been extremely helpful with my new move, they have allocated their time and experience to help me with any questions I may have. They are not your typical estate agents as exceptionally friendly, but professional at the same time. If you are ever searching for place to let, contact Anthony Charles.

Personally experienced all the negative moments described in other reviews, which makes me feel that positive reviews are fake! Made an offer for rental property (asking price!) day after it appeared to be that offer was not even sent to landlord. After, I was offered to pay non-returnable deposit immediately - without seeing the agreement. NONE of the changes are impossible to made to the agreement so be careful, agreement of course covers to the fullest the agency and landlord. Wasted over a week of my time for such "negotiations" with Rebecca, who first seemed to be very friendly. None of the alternatives offered, agency never showed themselves caring about customers (no calling back, make you wait without any explanations for few days for the reply, your agent is away from the office for few days - no one covers her, now imagine if this your managing agency and you waiting for plumber, they don't have even the deadline how long the could deal with any issue). Horrible waste of time.

Cancelled my move after informing me that I can move in when I return from my holiday. Customer service very poor as well. Did not even try to offer alternatives. I now have no where to go when I return.
As a prospective customer I felt that my business was not valued. Disappointing.

As a tenant, I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and my experience at Anthony Charles was one of the best I've had. They combine professionalism, making sure that everything is done properly, and great personal touch. Rebecca Gerondaes, who helped me with my flat, put no pressure on me when I wasn't sure whether to take the flat or not to begin with, and then did everything possible to move forward my move-in date to suit me when I finally did decide to take it! I really felt like she cared about me as a person and that I find my ideal home. Really great service and highly recommended.
