I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt.
Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high!

I was booked for a viewing at 12pm for the next day, travelled from east London to north. There was no one wating for me at the property. They didin't even bother to call me or send an email/text to tell me the property is gone. Avoid this amateurs!!!
