We'd previously viewed houses with lamberts and always found them to be knowledgeable and honest but always got pipped on the price or by cash buyers. We used to call them daily and they used to call us too with new houses on the market and updates on our position. Unfortunately, although it was sold so quickly , it still took 5 months until completion, not Lambert's fault but feel they could have pushed the solicitors a little bit more, as they recommended them to us.

Graig and his team have kept us informed, upto date, very proffessional when showing potential buyers round your property.

The firm they employ to take pictures for live viewing on their website was outstanding and we believe was the selling point.

The worse estate agency I have ever dealt with, particularly the worse Sales Agent - Mr Craig Middleton.
Found Craig Middleton to be unprofessional, biased, not fair and untruthful. One is about to make a very important financial decision of their life and thus, one does not want to be lied to nor mucked about without any due care and attention.
I suppose you can’t choose the agent you have to deal with when you come across a property. But do approach this agency, particularly this agent with great caution.

These Estate Agents were recommended to us by a family member. Our property was professionally advertised and I am sure that we had plenty of viewing. Katie at the office was particularly good at letting us know when and who was viewing as this property was empty. However, I don’t think we were kept informed enough of how the potential sale was progressing. I was the one phoning the office for an update most of the time. At the time of writing we haven’t exchanged contracts and although I asked for an update of possible problems, no one has yet been in contact.
Although the service was adequate it wasn’t to the high standard I was expecting.

Lamberts are exemplary of what a lettings company should be. We spent six years renting a home through Lamberts' Studley Office, and any time we needed help or assistance, they were there. Quick to respond to any queries, and just as quick to get things sorted out if we had problems.
The staff are both professional and friendly, and take an interest in tenants as people and their hobbies - not just people in a house they manage, and for me that really added a layer of personification that we were in the right hands.
I'll remember my time in Studley fondly, and if I ever have a need to return to the area for a property, Lamberts will be the first place I look.

We have recently purchased our property through lamberts and through very trying times Lamberts were able to remain in constant communication and enabled us to resolve multiple issues specific to the property we were purchasing. Considering we were not their end client they went above the call of duty to ensure our needs were met.
We have had a lot of issues with our professional dealings with businesses during Covid-19, so it is reassuring to find a company with a decent risk management plan with little to no impact on their customer service.

called up about rental property the day it came onto market, was told i would be called back and emailed further photos, heard nothing for a week so chased up and was told person i dealt with would call me back ASAP.. 3 days later called them back as no one had returned my call for a second time and property was now also showing as let online, basically told we forgot about you ! ... not at all happy !!

DO Not rate Lambert's to sell your property. They are very disorganised and very bad communicators. Due to this I believe we may have lost a sale for our property!! This is not the first issue we have had with Lambert's however enough is enough!! Now looking for a professional estate agents to sell our property.
