Used Martin and his team for several sales over the years and he’s still the best around. He works all hours and you always get to speak with him. His team of ladies also equally as good.

Outstanding service by Sam and her team. Myself and my partner had previously been on the market with another agent, who as it turns out totally overvalued our property, so we invited Apex for a valuation and Martin, who I think is the director also of the company called and stated that the property was totally overvalued by nearly £25k. This is a bitter pill to swallow, but we also knew it was probably correct seeing as other properties around it have been selling (with Apex also). What we learnt in a very long 12 months is that we should have researched the market more before we decided who we selected to act on our behalf. We are now settled in our new home thanks to Apex and our very efficient solicitors. Apex will come highly recommended. I will also add that their survey team also done an outstanding report for the property that we purchased from another Agent.

Would not recommend, please be careful.

Needed a EPC done for property that was not registered with APEX- within 20 hours of the call - it was all done. Highly recommend.

Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.
