Allan did everything he said he would do when we first met him for a valuation and definitely exceeded our expectations. On the very rare occasion that Allan wasn’t available I spoke to several members of the team and they were all really great to deal with. He was patient, since we had to wait for Probate to come through. Wasn't hassled at all in the wait for probate.
Gave advice on solicitors, who to get to do an EPC etc.
Unbelievable demand after 1 day going "live".
Did all the visits and met the potential buyers to the house and showed them around etc.
I didn't have to do anything. Regularly updated on line using Nobles Home sale progress website along with the buyers progress. The eventual buyer upped their original bid by £15000 to secure.
Really happy and the fees for selling and the solicitors were very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend Noble for selling a house the Dagenham district.

I recently used Noble Residential to sell my flat in South Ockendon, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Nobles stood out from other estate agents I considered - they had great knowledge of the area, they gave a realistic and achievable valuation, secured a quick sale, and were good value for money.
Allan has been fantastic throughout the process - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very on the ball with communicating with myself, the buyer, and our solicitors to ensure the sale progressed quickly and smoothly. He always let me know in advance if he would be unavailable, and the wider team at Nobles were always friendly, available, and in the loop if I ever contacted the office.
I also viewed potential properties with Allan, which demonstrated the effort and experience he brings to each sale. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Nobles and have already done so to my Brother who has secured a buyer for his property with them. I am hoping to return to the area next year and will definitely reach out to Allan and Nobles when the time comes to search for a new property.

I recently bought and completed on a property that was marketed by Nobles and the customer service was excellent. They were easily reachable by phone and email. They always call back when requested. They did not insist on me using their solicitors or mortgage broker at the start of the process unlike some other estate agents I had dealt with a few months earlier. Nicest group of estate agents I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We purchased our property through them and honestly wish we'd sold our house using their services!
If they said they'd call back, they did. We always received a response to queries in a timely fashion.
A special shout out to Allan who I feel went above and beyond for us - chasing the lawyers, advising us and keeping us updated along the way. We needed meter readings for our new utilities supplier. I asked Allan to get the details from the seller. He went a step further and attended the property himself and sent us the readings.
I'd happily and very easily recommend Noble to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

I contacted Steve after having put my property on the market several times with other local agents over the last two years. Steve was by far the most engaged agent that I have dealt with, and showed a genuine interest and care in trying to get my property sold. Everything was very quick to get setup, Steve was highly responsive and low and behold 6 weeks later I have had more viewings than I have in the last few years but have finally had an offer. Nobles were by far the friendliest and honest estate agent we spoke to and therefore were the right choice to sell our house for us. The pre-screen service they do means that only assured, quality viewings took place and we weren’t hounded by the dreamers or ‘nosey neighbour’ types just out for a Saturday drive by.
Allan and the team handled everything from the minute they took the photos, sifting and holding the viewings for us and even making sure all the solicitors were playing nicely as we got down to the nitty gritty.
Overall, a good friendly team headed by Allan and Jason. Give them a call, you’ll not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Nobles enough. From a very bad experience with a previous estate agents I went into the process with selling my house with Nobles with not many high hopes. From the beginning of the process & getting my property listed for sale, through to the viewing coordination & price negotiation it made the whole experience in the end enjoyable.
