Excellent service received from Noble Residential, Hornchurch, namely Allan Seager who assisted us with our purchase of our new house. Very professional and always kept an open dialogue between us and the sellers. Always eager to help and assist and made the whole "stressful" process a breeze. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy.

I contacted Steve after having put my property on the market several times with other local agents over the last two years. Steve was by far the most engaged agent that I have dealt with, and showed a genuine interest and care in trying to get my property sold. Everything was very quick to get setup, Steve was highly responsive and low and behold 6 weeks later I have had more viewings than I have in the last few years but have finally had an offer. I can't say how grateful I am to Steve - would highly recommend Noble (who have also managed to sell my neighbour's property!). Thanks.

We used Noble Residential Hornchurch for the first time, to sell our house. We completed this Autumn. They were absolutely fantasist. In our experience, Jason, Billy and all the team were honest, straight talking and gave sound advice through all aspects of the buying and selling process and kept what could have been a stressful situation at bay, making the whole process very easy. I have already made a recommendation to a friend who would like to put her house on the market and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Noble to anyone. We ended up buying our house through Noble Brentwood too, and I can say the same for the Brentwood branch. Jason oversees Noble and is experienced, always on hand for advice, doesn’t mince his words and we felt we could really trust them. Don’t hesitate to go with Noble!

I have had a 5 star service from Noble Residential. Billy dealt with the purchase of our property and he was extremely professional from the start to end of the process. He always responded to questions no matter how big or small the query was, returned our calls quickly and provided updates. All the team are very friendly and helpful.
Having been on a three year journey to find the right property, I have been through many estate agents during my search and some came across rude, unprofessional with a lack of attention. Noble Residential surely raise the bar on their professionalism, polite and attentiveness to their client base and their needs.
Surely will back again with a new property search in the coming years.
I wish the team at Noble great success for the future.

Allan, Billy and the whole team made the selling of my late father's house as hassle free as possible. They conducted the open house on our behalf , and lined up some great offers for us to consider and we're happy to undertake negotiations.
Excellent customer service and always proactive on after sales progression and quick to respond on any questions we raised, would not hesitate recommending them to use as your Estate Agent, hence the 5 star rating .
