Was kept up to date on everything.
Allan Seager at Noble handled everything!
He was patient, since we had to wait for Probate to come through. Wasn't hassled at all in the wait for probate.
Gave advice on solicitors, who to get to do an EPC etc.
Unbelievable demand after 1 day going "live".
Did all the visits and met the potential buyers to the house and showed them around etc.
I didn't have to do anything. Regularly updated on line using Nobles Home sale progress website along with the buyers progress. The eventual buyer upped their original bid by £15000 to secure.
Really happy and the fees for selling and the solicitors were very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend Noble for selling a house the Dagenham district.

Allan and Billy were incredible estate agents in the sale of our home. They helped support the buyer, partner with us to manage the sale and guides the upward chain with a new build developer.
Noble offer a premium service and we really couldn't recommend them enough. If you want to find your buyer and make sure everything goes smoothly, these are the guys for you.

I recently used Noble Residential to sell my flat in South Ockendon, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Nobles stood out from other estate agents I considered - they had great knowledge of the area, they gave a realistic and achievable valuation, secured a quick sale, and were good value for money.
Allan has been fantastic throughout the process - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very on the ball with communicating with myself, the buyer, and our solicitors to ensure the sale progressed quickly and smoothly. He always let me know in advance if he would be unavailable, and the wider team at Nobles were always friendly, available, and in the loop if I ever contacted the office.
I also viewed potential properties with Allan, which demonstrated the effort and experience he brings to each sale. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Nobles and have already done so to my Brother who has secured a buyer for his property with them. I am hoping to return to the area next year and will definitely reach out to Allan and Nobles when the time comes to search for a new property.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Noble Residental, and a special shout out to our estate agent, Allan Seager, who was excellent throughout. He was extremely attentive and provided lots of support when we faced challenges with our solicitors and he helped us with the chasing and general guidance. He responded very quickly and arranged further viewings at short notice. Can’t recommend them enough and if you are lucky, you’ll get Allan! Very happy in our new home in Hornchurch.

Noble were the estate agent for the property that we were purchasing in Hornchurch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The viewing process was very efficient. A big shout out to Allan Seager who I think I spoke to more frequently than my mother in the months of the purchase! He was always on hand to help with questions or arrange access to the property, as well as chasing solicitors. I recently bought and completed on a property that was marketed by Nobles and the customer service was excellent. They were easily reachable by phone and email. They always call back when requested. They did not insist on me using their solicitors or mortgage broker at the start of the process unlike some other estate agents I had dealt with a few months earlier. They were available to provide information on some issues I was not clear about during and after the house purchase. Keep up the good work, Billy and Allan.
