Very “Poor” property sales experience! Viewed property alone day 1 , one hour before viewing day 3 with wife advised by Estate agent can still view property but is under offer and will not be able to progress.
Estate agent aware day 1 able to complete in under 30 days, mortgage agreed , Solicitors informed.
Declined offer of 2nd viewing !

Hunters recently acted for me in the sale of a house, with adjoining plot of land under their Exclusive Homes banner. They also advised me on the purchase of another property.
Hunters lived up to their promise of offering “excellent customer service and unrivalled proactivity”. The team headed by Adrian Lawrence, who has many years’ experience and extensive knowledge of Chis and the surrounding areas, gave a professional and friendly service. They were always quick to respond to my requests and were helpful in easing my stress. Their advertising material was excellent.
