I have been Emma’s tenant for just under three years and it has been smooth and hassle free since day one.
I have had landlords before where they would turn up without any prior notice every couple of weeks but would become invisible the second there was an issue with the house.
In the last three years being with Emma I have had only a couple of visits just to check up on the house and to sign new tenancy agreements and the very few maintanence issues I have had, were dealt with on the day or the day after. The house I have rented was completely refurbished when I moved in and was done up to a high standard. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and laminate flooring, as well as a newly landscaped garden with a lawn and patio area.
She is very approachable and fair as well unlike your standard estate agent off the high street. I have taken great care of her property and she has extended that trust by allowing me to have a doggo, even when I originally moved in, no pets were allowed.
I couldn’t be happier with my landlord and plan to continue renting for the next few years with her until I buy my own property.

Made easy, great communication, and the fairest you can be when it came to my deposit being returned. You hear so many nightmare stories of bad landlords. Never fear with Emma. 10 out of 10!!!

My partner and I currently rent a property managed by Emma, and she has been simply excellent. As tenants, Emma treats us with fairness, decency and mutual respect, which is something that is so important, but sadly not always a given in this day and age. Emma is professional, reliable and approachable. She takes a personal approach to her clients, which makes us feel valued as individual clients rather than just one of thousands. Finally, we just want to note that as an LGBT couple, we have felt consistently and automatically accepted every step of the way. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Arranged for a viewing, the day before I get a call to say it needs to be changed. Rearranged it and all of my meetings I had already rearranged for the first viewing. Drive an hour to the property to turn up and wait for 30min - no one arrived. Another couple also turned up to view and said this wasn't the first time this company had done this. I had received several confirmations of my viewing. I called - no answer - emailed - still no response 7 days later. I left a voicemail just asking for an explanation. Still not heard back. Very unprofessional.

I stumbled across Emmas properties on Facebook and found a property to rent near to where i was currently living, i contacted them and received a response immediately, i then got a phone call from emma to arrange a viewing, she was so lovely over the phone i was so excited to meet her. Once i arrived at the property on my viewing date, emma was already there, with everything going on (covid) emma greeted me with a mask on and alway kept distance, she was so welcoming and so professional. As i was new to this i was worried about asking questions that could be silly but emma made me feel really at ease, she went through everything with me and told me she would be in touch, a few days later i received a lovely phone call to say i had been successful.

I have my property up for sale at the moment with this agency and although it hasn't yet completed I am very happy with the service I have received so far. I was impressed that Emma came out herself to do my valuation and she made me feel at ease with the whole selling process. Viewings were arranged to suit me and never does anything feel a problem. Emma's are very responsive and will get back to you the same day if you contact them regarding any queries you may have. I know my property is in good hands, it is now near completion and I'm very satisfied with the service I have received and am impressed with the price of commission that I paid and that there were no hidden fees.
