27th Nov 2025 (19 days ago)Called the office about viewing a specific flat, I was asked a dozen questions and when I couldn’t remember the agents who had sold my fathers property the girl very rudely said ‘well we can check up on that’. I was then told that the flat was currently not being sold at the moment, but they had some brand new flats I might be interested in, when I told her I wasn’t the original flat I had wanted to see was suddenly available. I was told she would call me later that day with a day and time to view. She did not call back. The next day I called again and spoke to another person who said either her or the manager would call me back with a viewing arrangement. Again I heard nothing. That was two weeks ago. Due to them taking so many details I have now been bombarded with unsolicited emails for properties I am not interested in. I just feel sorry for people trying to sell their property through Connells as they will not be getting the maximum amount of viewers. On the other hand, I arranged a viewing with Robsons without any of the questions and they were so polite and engaged

All the way through to exchange. With relentless chasing of other parties in the chain and updates throughout. We would be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.

They were extremely attentive throughout the process and always answered my calls and questions quickly, and did their best to help us get what we wanted. We dealt with Steve, who was always very friendly, helpful and even (very) occasionally funny.

Olivia sat us down and listened to our reasons for needing to rent even though she did not deal with lettings. Olivia showed professionalism and booked us an appointment with Danny from lettings. We came back and met Danny who also showed professionalism and found us a property. Cannot fault them. Thank you
2nd Dec 2025 (14 days ago)HOME did a wonderful job finding us a buyer at asking price, in under 2 weeks from the advert going live. We were on with a different agent previously, they came in with a revised plan of how to market, and found quality potential buyers from the get go. The quick turnaround enabled us to get an offer accepted on our ideal house. We were in competition with a few parties, all of whom needed to sell there own property first, HOME'S effectiveness is the reason we were able to get our future home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to use again in future.

Balgores also operate the Gazeal reservation agreement, which was very useful for us. However, I would recommend contacting the Gazeal directly for full information on how to best utilise the agreement.

His communication was outstanding—reliable, clear, and proactive at every stage. Even when delays and issues arose with the buyers’ solicitors, he never let things stall. He kept following up, pushing for progress, and making sure our interests were always protected. I genuinely think without Dan’s proactive involvement, the legal process would have dragged for months. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment made a stressful process far smoother, and we’re genuinely grateful for the effort he put in. From the outset, Alfie at P&P valued our property and had it advertised very quickly and was particularly impressed by his professionalism. Grace then handled the sales progression brilliantly and we found that communication was excellent, which made the whole process far less stressful. Really impressed with the service from both of them.
