After exchange of contracts we received no communication from WH Brown at all. They made no arrangements for collecting our keys before completion. On our moving day we were requested to drop off our keys at the WH Brown office. As can be imagined we had so many other things to do on what is a very stressful day and subsequently was unable to drop off our keys. We are an elderly couple and consider that WH Brown could have been more supportive and provided a better service taking into account the commission fee charged.... Read more
