Argyle Property Associates is by far the best estate agent in Nottingham. Ed was an absolute professional and incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions during my first house purchase. I viewed over 40 houses and dealt with 10 different agencies and none of them stood out like Argyle Property Associates. Ed made the viewing and sale process incredibly comfortable - never pressured me like other agencies had done and was an outstanding professional. Ed supported us through the whole process, from considering our options, providing valuable contributions and insights, to valuing, marketing, selling, exchanging and finally completing! As always, he was professional and personal through the entire journey. He kept us updated at every step of the way, and was responsive to all our (many!) questions and queries, which made such a difference. All other professionals involved in the chain spoke so highly of Ed, saying they wished all estate agents were as good as him, which made us very pleased he was ours! We had the pleasure of working with Ed when selling our house, we had previously had the house on the market with an estate agent that has quite a large presence in the area and found their service to be lacking on several fronts and their overall attitude one that was quite apathetic. Once we engaged with Argyle Propoerty Assoicates, the difference was night and day, we received a service that was by far the best we have had with any estate agent, pre and post viewing briefings, written feedback from viewers, market analysis of similar houses for sale in the area; Ed kept us up to date and informed every step of the way, from the first viewings all the way through to completion. I was finding a student house to rent last minute (just a month before move-in) after my initial housing plan fell apart and Ed was so present and helpful throughout the whole process that the arrangement was completed in a matter of weeks and I honestly don’t think it could have gone any better! Any time I had questions, he answered as fast as possible and was always considerate and sympathetic towards the stressful situation. No further comments from me other than how incredibly grateful I am to Ed and his agency. The property is also lovely in terms of location, interior design, and definitely worth its rent. Highly recommend!!
