We had four estate agent value our house and they all gave very similar valuations, we decided to go with Martin & Co because they came across as being more friendly & personal but still professional in their approach.
Our decision turned out to be the right one as they were excellent from start to finish, all the staff from Ian who came to do the valuation and photo's, Ellie who did the viewings and Liz who dealt with our buyers and both solicitors were very friendly and helpful throughout.
We give Martin & Co our highest recommendation to anyone looking for an estate agent as they made the whole process of selling our house easy for us.

We were renting a property in Beeston managed by Martin & Co. I was very pleased with the service, whenever we needed to talk or get something repaired Ellie or someone form the office responded promptly and efficiently. The have a team who can fix and repair things, as well as yearly gas boiler check was scheduled. I would highly recommend Martin & Co as letting agents.

Wish 0 stars was an option, months of contacting them using website, phone and even 3rd party websites. Getting the same reply of that the property isent available yet as the tenant hasn't moved out and has no set date to move out. so i would be assured that i would be contacted when a viewing is available. 4 months later still no reply's so i keep calling every few weeks. Then suddenly someone has viewed the property and it is let agreed already with no effort to contact me from this estate agent. i would also like to point out that every time i was told that i would be contacted back at a later date when its available they would make no effort to take my contact info and i had to force it on them showing they had no interest in contacting me back in the first place. never use this estate agent.

No problem with the item i purchased, but surely it shouldn't take so long for it to arrive. Ordered on 26/04 and didn't arrive until 05/ 05. with a postage cost of £15.99 i expect no more then 2-3 days. This was a birthday present for 03/05 so missed the mark.Don't think you despatched until the 30/04.

Our family had an outstanding services from this Estate Agent from Wakefield and I would like to share our gratitude here.

From the beginning until the closure of the services it was always polite, knowledgable and prompt to respond and reply any requests from small to big and there was times that even outside working hours which you would not normally get from most business, let alone estate agents, specially the big ones.

If you are looking for personalisation work and undivided attention, this is it. I don't think we can get better than this.
