Very professional service from the tream at Arlington Park. The service we received during the process of selling our property was absolutely first class at every stage of what is normaly a very stressful process. We could not fault the service provided by Arlington Park during our recent house purchase. Everyone we have dealt with has been lovely but Stuart in particular was excellent. He was very helpful throughout the whole process from viewing the property to completing, and went above and beyond in organising some follow up work from the survey. I have been very impressed by the service from Luke at Arlington Park, who took over as agents for our rental house in November 2024. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful, doing things over and above, because we were in a pickle from negligence of a previous agency. . He has responded promptly to requests and researched options for any replacement equipment/parts, dealt with tenants in a friendly and efficient manner and ensured payments are put into our accounts as soon as tenants pay. 5 stars definately..

They were always willing to help, happy to answer our many questions and take time to offer advice on matters when they didn’t need to. They were particularly helpful when our sale fell through just before Christmas and week later we had a new buyer again so we didn’t lose the house we were moving to. After initially going with one of the bigger agents we wished we would have gone with them first. Once we move agents there was a clear benefit to going with a smaller agency as we were always able to get information when we needed it and were always talking to the person who was dealing with our sale. Sadly this agent misinformed me about the buyers position causing a costly delay.<br><br>I accepted an offer based on a chain free buyer, with mortgage in place, large deposit and solicitor in place. Stuart assured me, “I’m confident this will be a quick sale with no delays… “<br><br>A month later I enquired why my solicitor hadn’t still heard anything, the buyer hadn’t even instructed their solicitor!<br><br>This pattern continued, Stuart assured me the searches would be done by X date and papers ready to sign… yet 10 days after searches received still no completion.<br><br>Ask for evidence of the offer made, as sadly their word cannot be trusted.<br><br>The solicitors recommend by Arlington Park pay APark a commission, they were part of the problem and I’d suggest looking elsewhere for legal representation. I can however recommend my solicitor who work diligently, though eventually with no completion date confirmed we pulled out and rented our property to minimise our loses.<br><br>Extremely disappointing.

Everything about working with Arlington Park has been fantastic. Always to the point, clear with me and happy to answer all of my questions.<br>I reached out to them a year before I actaully put my house on the market and thought they were friendly and when I called back a year later they had either remembered me, or more likely, had notes on me and so it felt so easy to get things started.<br><br>Stuart has been able to make great recommendations for other services I've required throughout the sale and has given me great advice on pricing and negotiating meaning I'm leaving 100% satisfied and happy.<br><br>I also dealt with Luke who was also fantastic. I always enjoyed speaking with anyone at Arlington Park which is a HUGE change from whenever I've dealt with estate agents in the past. These guys are very clear and collaborative and must work hard as they are so efficient and didn't put a foot wrong in my experience.

Even though they valued my property they only managed two viewings at the beginning , I then heard nothing from them except for one phone call a few days before the end of 12weeks.

We hadn't heard of Arlington Park when we first selected our estate agents, and instead went with one of the most visible agents in the area. We were really disappointed with the disengagement of the people showing potential buyers around and, despite having many, many viewings, we weren't able to secure offers.<br><br>We then made the move to Arlington Park after receiving a flyer through the door. We immediately appreciated Stuart's frank appraisal of the market, along with his friendly demeanor and ability to sell: which in our minds means the ability to uncover needs and wants amongst buyers and see how they can best align with the property being offered.<br><br>We interacted mostly with Luke, and he was the perfect complement to Stuart. Luke put us perfectly at ease, was generous with his time, and was very flexible in aligning our needs and timelines with those of selling the property.<br><br>Although we didn't have a critical closing date, Arlington Park were able to move things along in an unhurried manner in order to achieve closing on the exact date that the buyers were hoping for. In that respect, I am sure that the experience of the buyers was similarly positive.<br><br>Negatives? Well, I only wish that they also took on properties in the region we are now living in as I don't want to deal with anyone else!

Absolute brilliant estate agents! Stuart & Luke were both down to earth and so helpful, professional and efficient.<br>We originally used William H Brown to buy through, however we had a terrible experience so would never use them again! Really impressed with Stuart and Luke...my house was put on the market, a block viewing arranged and sold within days. I was kept fully informed and nothing was a bother to them.....I was given options and advice throughout the process...these guys are highly focused, motivated and know their stuff, which is exactly what is needed at a time which can be highly stressful....I would not consider going elsewhere if I decide to sell my property in the future

Fantastic Estate Agent, I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend them. They really went out of their way to keep me up to date with everything that was going on but weren't obtrusive or pushy at all. They even helped sell some old furniture for me that would otherwise have gone to the tip and they donated the money to a charity which I chose. Best service I've ever had.

Spoke to these guys regarding looking for somewhere too rent. Found the perfect place to rent but cheap enough that will allow me too save enough money and buy a property in the near future. Customer service/advice is on a new level but made too feel like a person and not a money number is an even better feeling.
