Absolutely terrible customer service.
I own a property next door to one of their properties and have had an issue with a fence which they refuse to accept responsibility for.
It has been down for 15 months and they refuse to show proof of their deeds (despite asking me, even though the property is their responsibility).
Emails have been ignored and claims they have tried to help but are not providing any details despite asking me for half the money?
The attitude of staff is unhelpful and generally rude. Making comments to their tenants about other peoples circumstances when they dont have any facts.
Not at all helpful or willing to show proof but demanding money and proof from other people.
Also threatening their tenants with eviction because they havent fixed an issue.

Difficult to actually award one star. This is a very amateurish company. I made an offer for a piece of land and followed this up with an email and a call. Over one month later I have never received a response from them.

Terrible. All I can say is don’t bother with Ascot. This company is real but unfortunately behind closed doors they are cons. They will trick you!
