If you are thinking of selling your property in Maida vale I would highly recommend Ashley Milton. I had a great experience dealing with Richard regarding the sale of my flat. Richard was professional and very proactive throughout the whole process. He had a viewer within a day of coming to value my property and had secured an offer for the full asking price 2 days later which meant my flat sold within 5 days of calling them. I loved how passionate he was and when he brought one of the other Directors with him to provide the valuation I knew that they just 'got' my flat and I knew they would be the best agent to go with to sell it plus they have years of experience and knowledge within the area. Richard was also highly involved in speeding up the conveyancing process and was always available to speak to and keep me up to date and give advice which was very much appreciated and he also remained in frequent communication with my buyer to ensure everything was running smoothy. It was great to work with someone that is a doer and has a sense of getting things done and was always happy to help even after completion. Big Thanks to Richard and the team Highly recommend 10/10

They’re responsive and have a local network of contractors who can attend to pressing matters in a matter of hours/days vs. The usual monthly delays. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I’ve previously had no issues with Ashley Milton, however this situation is beyond acceptable at this point. We live in an Ashley Milton managed building (opposite their office) and have had a rotting, broken, flimsy front door for over 2 years now. 3 months ago the door rotted so badly that there is now a hole in it, middle of winter, hole in the front door, not acceptable. Whatever the excuse 3 months is ridiculously slow to get a new door, let alone the years of it needing replacement.
To add to this, buzzer doesn’t work, door doesn’t q open due to rubbing on carpet.

Yesmine is a great letting agent at Ashley Milton. She was very proactive and made sure the home that we liked was reserved for us while we went through the rental leasing process. We were relocating to London from the US so it was even more crucial that we could trust the agent to be responsive and helpful and Yesmine definitely went above and beyond.
We did run into some hiccups after signing the lease but that was after Yesmine’s role in the process and when the property manager from Ashley Milton was dealing with it. We eventually worked it out directly with the landlord as the property managers were not helpful.

I made an offer on a property to rent, the offer was accepted, I paid the holding deposit accordingly and the referencing checks began, only to be told that the landlord/landlady is now considering another higher offer, after ACCEPTING my offer and RECEIVING the holding deposit, I was then asked if I would be willing to increase my offer, just a waste of time

We have been using the renting and sales services of Ashley Milton Property Agents for years and all the staff have been exemplary. There is something quite special when you are not dealing with a high street chain, somehow the relationship is more tailored, personal, with fewer staff to complicate matters, these people just get on with the job and give results.
We have recently been working with Richard over a tricky sale where a couple of buyers pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances but he cheerfully kept up the pace until third time lucky we completed recently with lovely buyers, he helped to organise the removals last minute to accommodate when ours couldn’t change their plans and even moved our washing machine, above and beyond!
We would love to recommend Ashley Milton to anyone looking for help in this sector.

I have successfully sold my apartment through Ashley Milton estate agents. I dealt with Richard Debson and he was absolutely excellent in selling my flat.He had found a buyer within 4 weeks after putting my apartment on the market.I received and accepted an offer just before lockdown due to Corona Virus .I was very nervous in this uncertain and difficult time. In spite of that Richard was very positive ,helpful and supportive and never failed to return my calls or emails...I would definitely use Ashley Milton estate agents service again in the future and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been working with Richard on buying a new flat in Maida Vale. Completed today and very happy with all aspects. I have been searching for flats in the area for three weeks and dealt with different agencies, and most experiences were so frustrating. With Ashley Milton it was just extremely smooth. I scheduled a viewing with Chris and the quality of the flat was incredible. (Value, location, price.) So decision made in a minute. We made the offer, communication communication, done. They are helpful and sweet, and are definitely unlike most other agencies who really just want to make money. I would recommend and return in the future.

I arrived in London as a student and couldn't find a student accommodation. I'd contacted several agencies but I did not get any fruitful result. However, I contacted Ashley Milton to rent a house, and I am very satisfied with what they offered. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They helped me a lot with the renting process. While it can be very trying to find a flat in London, Yesmine from Ashley Milton made sure the process would be as smooth as possible for my flatmate and I. Fantastic sales service from Richard from start to finish. Our property was showing online for sale within hours of us instructing Ashley Milton. A reasonable offer was made the very next day, whilst managing negations of the offer, Richard still continued to carry out viewings. Once the offer was agreed, the sale of our property experienced some delays due to legal paperwork, however Richard was always on top of things and tirelessly chased to resolved matters as quickly as possible. if you are a landlord I would strongly suggest that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I run a property maintenance company and this agency is demanding 10% plus vat of all work we would be doing - and yet they are not prepared to offer us a vat receipt for the commissions they want - so they are basically charging the landlords one price and taken part of the invoice money - which in turn would mean contractors having to inflate there costs to cover the ,money the agency is wanting - and in turn the landlords paying more -.. it is also potential VAT fraud....
below is a direct copy of email I received from them demanding money

We are currently updating our approved contractors database, for our on-going property and block management services.
In order for your company to join Ashley Milton’s approved contractors we will need a copy of your Public Liability Cover and any other relevant certificates you hold.
As an Ashley Milton Approved Contactor we charge 10% plus VAT for any jobs undertaken (over £100) on our behalf or referred to by Ashley Milton to a third party. Please confirm you agree and we will add you to our approved contractors and start referring jobs to you.
