I’ve previously had no issues with Ashley Milton, however this situation is beyond acceptable at this point. We live in an Ashley Milton managed building (opposite their office) and have had a rotting, broken, flimsy front door for over 2 years now. 3 months ago the door rotted so badly that there is now a hole in it, middle of winter, hole in the front door, not acceptable. Whatever the excuse 3 months is ridiculously slow to get a new door, let alone the years of it needing replacement. To add to this, buzzer doesn’t work, door doesn’t q open due to rubbing on carpet.... Read more
