If zero stars was a choice that would be it. They are so disorganised that they don't even send IV checks on the move in. They are rude and don't know what they're doing.
The house was a mess and unclened when we moved in (showing they didn't care to check after previous tenants left) and then tried to rob our deposit when we emptied the house that was full of past tenants' craps for YEARS and we cleaned everything.
Obviously we fought it off and got it back as it would have otherwise been pure robbery. I wouldn't trust them as a landlord, they do not look after properties nor do they care about tenants and their health (didn't want to deal with black mold that was due to inexisting aeration systems in the house).
SO much more to tell but you get the points. RUN.

Whilst most estate agents are loud, brash and disorganised people, I'm very glad to say that these people are a refreshing change.
They are not overly ostentatious, very well organised, listen to people's needs attentatively and are there to solve their problems.
It's very rare that I've dealt with agents and not had admin errors or inefficiencies, so this makes a refreshing change.

The team are very friendly and responsive to the needs of tenants, especially when it comes to any kind of repairs.
There's a good community of other happy neighbours who are also their tenants in the building.
We have always felt safe and secure. This estate agent take good care and pride.
The caring attitude of the agency is what made our experience great!

I was with this agency for two years, the whole process of renting a lovely flat was smooth and easy. Much preferred going through a small estate agent rather than the giants (foxtons etc). Mohammad has been very friendly and helpful- highly recommend for all!

Sales & Letting Ltd give real estate agents a GOOD name. I recently rented a property through S&L and I cannot fault the way they managed the process from beginning to end. Sales & Lettings were our landlord's agents. We were very, very pleased. Ahmed is very professional, attentive, responsive, and fair. He worked with us and treated us like we were the clients, which we really appreciated. Thanks so much!
Sales & Lettings has really cleaned up its act. At the beginning of our tenancy, we worked with a guy (who no longer works at Sales & Lettings) and he was horrible, probably linked to the previous bad reviews. He never followed up on critical issues. Ahmed, on the other hand, followed up on everything. We had to move due to work, and our experience with leaving was exceptional from showing our flat to closing out utilities and getting our deposit back. We have no reservations giving Sales & Lettings an excellent review.

We had a good experience with Sales & Lettings throughout our lease (we were lessees). We just went through the end of lease process with them and they have been very reasonable and professional. I also recall the agency fee being relatively low when we started our lease. Overall I would recommend the agency.

I took Sales and Lettings PLC to the property ombudsman and won! Never known such a rude incompetent bunch! Whether you are selling or letting I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone! I am a landlord, previously letting my property through this agent! We are not from London so asked Sales and Lettings PLC to fully manage our flat in Maida Vale. The Flat was given to Sales and lettings completely refurbished to a high standard with brand new furniture.
In 2016 a tenant entered a 12 month tenancy for our property through ‘sales and lettings PLC’. No inventory was sent to us before the tenant entered the property which Sales and Lettings PLC has a duty of care to keep us informed of the state of the property as it is fully managed and an inventory is compulsory . The Tenant had then requested to exit the tenancy earlier than the 12 months tenancy in December 2016 and again no inventory again was sent was sent to us or any information of the tenant leaving early.
When the new tenants viewed the flat, they advised Sale and Lettings PLC that it was in a very bad state i.e. filthy conditions, beds were mouldy, uncleansed crockery in the dishwasher, fridge shelving broken, dishwasher broken, blinds broken, and broken shower step and yet, further in breach of Sales and Lettings PLC contract, they refunded the previous tenants their deposit without deducting the damage costs and without notifying us.
Further to this, once the current tenants signed a new contract, Sales and Lettings PLC allowed the current tenants to remove and dispose of our furniture which has been bought especially for the flat, which was of high quality. Upon hearing this and asking Sales and Lettings to refund us the cost of the furniture they declined
This clearly is a breach of contract and gross negligence by Sales and Lettings PLC which shows how unprofessional this firm is.
On top of all this, they were rude enough to us on the phone to explain how they were not in the wrong and how dare we accuse them of any wrong doing.
But as you can clearly read from my complaint, Sales and Lettings PLC were completely negligent all the way through and clearly don't know how to do their jobs properly.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The worst Lettings agents I have ever had to deal with, disrespectful, failed to do their job properly, and total disregard when supposedly managing my property, had to report them to the ombudsman and won my case, avoid like the plague!

The services and properties are on the higher end of the market, so do not expect anything cheap. However, you will be making every one of your penny's worth - this agency is very professional, reliable, meticulously reliable with paperwork and they always stick to their word. They are always there to help and never ignore any suggestions for improvements! Our experience was very pleasant and the process smooth from beginning to end.

This is a hidden gem in Maida Vale. A very efficient agency who helped me get on the buy-to-let ladder, assisting me in purchasing my first property, then renting it super quickly and keeping it tenanted ever since. Very pleased with the whole experience. Leo went out of his way to make sure everything went fine. It is a personal experience at Sales & Lettings, an aspect that most other chain agents miss.

I was really impressed with Sales and Lettings PLC, they were quick to respond with my enquiries and the whole process was really smooth. Also I was abroad at the time but they were very considerate to that fact. Even after I moved it they were very helpful with any issue concering the flat.
