Compton Reeback are the best estate agents I've ever come across. Warm, friendly, helpful and so so professional! I've lived in St Johns Wood for years, and other managing agents have been just the opposite. They never cared about flat owners. I've dealt with Brian Compton for years and feel as if they are part of my family. So many times in the middle of the night has he come to fix an alarm. Altogether charming and extremely professional. I've been renting from them for 15 years, and count myself so lucky to have them as managing agents. I have no intention of moving out, as they have created a warm, stable base for me since my mother died. I also dealt with Rakiya Sulley who is extremely professional and friendly. They definitely surpass any other estate agents. Thank you Compton Reeback for making my stay comfortable and for making me feel so at home. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation. Thank you!

Had a very good experience working with Sam and the lettings team. Communication was especially good, emails were always acknowledged and promptly replied, likewise calls always returned. Time taken to talk through the lettings process, questions around the lease and effort made to accommodate suitable viewing times. Highly recommended

Not only were they reliable and helpful during the letting process, but they have also been great property managers, both communicative and responsive to our needs and questions. They have been the best estate agents we have met and worked with in our search for our dream London flat (and we saw many!). Would recommend to anyone.

I wrote my first ever review 6 years ago when we moved into our rental property with Compton Reeback because I was that impressed and appreciative of the service.
Fast forward 6 years later and they've raised the bar even higher!
Having looked with both independent and Coperate estate agents, I can honestly say that Compton Reeback are the benchmark.
In addition to exceptional customer service, they have been responsive, transparent, kind, professional, and so personalised.
Their attention to detail makes them the pinnacle for high living standards hence our 6 year tenancy which we would have easily continued if we were not planning to buy...I think its pretty obvious who our first choice will be!

We have engaged Compton Reeback on a few occasions now and the service provided by them has always been exceptional. Most recently, Sam was our main point of contact and he was excellent- efficient, professional and courteous at all times and no request was too big or small for him. I would say the same goes for the rest of the team. Would highly recommend them.

As a landlord, we've been a client of Compton Reeback for a number of years and have received an unrivalled service. Sam, Mark and the rest of the team operate in a highly professional manner with the utmost respect for all parties involved and this means that transactions are almost guaranteed to happen once they are started. They appreciate that time is short and take the a lot of the hassle out of processes that larger agencies overlook. The quality of tenant that is put forward is always superior to their competitors and their processes streamlined and stress free. They are a pleasure to deal with on a personal and professional level. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a very professional agency with high standards a personal outlook, who takes the time to look after their clients interests on both sides of the deal. Sam and the team at Compton Reeback were brilliant to work with as first-time renters in the UK. They maintained excellent communication during the entire process and were incredibly supportive in helping us settle into our property.
We feel very fortunate to have been able to find our rental property with them, especially in contrast to some other agencies we encountered in London.
We absolutely love our new home which we wouldn't have found without the help of Sam.
