I was very pleased with my choice of state agents aston and co. Reading some of the other reviews and my own experience I feel that Aston and co provided a friendly helpful service. Ringing me weekly letting me know everything that was going on.This state agent goes above and beyond to push through to sort out all the difficulties a house can be to sell. This help me to relax and feel comfortable that the sale of our houses were in there hands. I dont think I would find another state agent that would go that extra mile to do everything in there power to sell your house there really do deserve the credit for all there hard work. I bought a house that was on the market with Aston and Co, there were many issues with the sale of this property throughout the whole process but I cannot fault Aston and Co for how they dealt with it. Considering the property was vacant, it took me 6 months to get the keys!! Despite the lengthy process the agents at Aston and Co would call me weekly without fail to give me an update and just check in to let me know I hadn't been forgotten! Once we had a offer accepted on the property we were interested in, Aston & Co put our property on the market the same day. They photographed our property very professionally in the morning and it was up for sale the same day on Rightmoves. We had 10 viewings in 7 days with a buyer quickly found. Placed a offer on a property, had the offer accepted. Paid mortgage advisor and solicitor. Aston and Co Estate agent then pulled out due to higher bidder (more commission for them). The person I dealt with at Aston and Co is michael who tried to help but blammed me for scaring the sellers but the real reason is they got an higher offer. They will make you pay for everything, and they will keep you waiting until they get higher offer... Read more
