Aston and co sold my house recently, they were brilliant from start to finish, Lots of viewings and feedback on every one, I would recommend Aston, we would definitely use them again.

We chose Aston & Co from a number of agents because they gave a realistic estimate of the property's value, an all inclusive competitive fee and the Exclusive Homes manager, Rob Shields showed an excellent knowledge of the property market both locally and nationally. We were given advice about how best to present the property to potential buyers. The publicity was excellent and included photographs, a colour brochure and a video for virtual viewings online. Rob Shields was both friendly and professional throughout, keeping us informed about viewings and their outcomes and used his knowledge of the current market to advise when the price should be adjusted to encourage further interest. Despite the effects on the housing market of Brexit, a general election and a global pandemic, he remained optimistic and encouraging and eventually achieved a sale at the price we wanted.
Our family would not hesitate to strongly recommend Aston & Co to potential home sellers and buyers and would definitely use the agency again should the need arise.

Rang two weeks ago to view a property, spoke to a very rude gentleman called Jordan. He answered the phone like he just rolled out of bed and couldn't be bothered. He told me the house was occupied so they are not doing viewings which fair enough I understand under the covid situation. Left my number for him to call me back when it's available....and what do you know....no call back! The people in the property left that weekend and it's currently unoccupied and I haven't had a call back. It's been unoccupied since sep 1st. As soon as I spoke to Jordan from the wigston branch I just knew he had no intention to call me back. I doubt he even wrote my number down.
If you are selling your property or trying to rent it out I would AVOID this company or perhaps just avoid someone called Jordan to try and sell it for you !!!
Perhaps Train your staff on good customer service.

Julian from Aston and Co made sure my move into my new home was smooth by constantly updating me and giving me the necessary information. When viewing the property they gave me useful details and plenty of time to observe. Despite a pandemic going on and people having to work from home, Julian was always on hand and very responsive.

As you would expect these guys were friendly, helpful and professional on viewings prior to agreeing a purchase. For me though, where they excelled was after the sale had been agreed. They continued to bend over backwards to accommodate my access requests for tradesman visits late in the day, which made my life much easier. Shout out to Julian & Harry who were always flexible with my requests and that meant that I had tradesmen in place to commence work as soon as I'd completed. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

Excellent service provided when we used this agent to sell our home in October 2019. The staff were knowledgeable about the market and were very handy in undertaking the viewing. We gave them one key so we were not present for the viewing and our house sold on Eastwood Road Leicester sold within three weeks.
Additionally, they recommended Josiah Hincks solicitors for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new property; the solicitors were brilliant and we were updated about every details.
The process was completed within 8 weeks from offer in our old house to moving to our new home.
Congratulations to the whole team at Aston and co.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to selling or buying a house.
Tap into their knowledge of the market, surveyors who will do a brilliant job, which solicitors to use, who to do your EPC as we found them very helpful

We purchased our house through Aston and Co.They were extremely helpful and honest.Always updating us and we could always ring for any concerns and always were there to listen to us.We didn't have to pay them any fees as we were buying through them and we had a fantastic experience with them.If I ever were to sell I would definitely give them the property to sell.Special thanks to Michael who went out of his way.

I was very pleased with my choice of state agents aston and co. Reading some of the other reviews and my own experience I feel that Aston and co provided a friendly helpful service. Ringing me weekly letting me know everything that was going on.This state agent goes above and beyond to push through to sort out all the difficulties a house can be to sell. This help me to relax and feel comfortable that the sale of our houses were in there hands. I dont think I would find another state agent that would go that extra mile to do everything in there power to sell your house there really do deserve the credit for all there hard work. Excellent service, great team, nothing is to much trouble.
We had not moved for 20 years, so very rusty, everything was explained, and we were kept in the loop the whole way through the process.
