After phoning around some letting agents, Aston & Co were considerably cheaper than the competition, , which I was dubious about, but their service was excellent from the beginning. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble and very thorough in their vetting process. So if you are looking for a letting agent , I strongly recommend these, they are the Company to go with, thank you.

Did work for this company they couldn't get the electric topped up. So they asked me to put £50 credit on as they was £31 in dept.and they would pay me when I give them the receipt. how they refuse to pay. So ive kept the keys till they pay. Never do work or rent from the wigston branch

I've sold 2 houses with Astons now and couldn't fault there extremely high standards of communication and customer service. There team from start to finish make buying and selling so easy.

Not impressed with the service. Poor at getting back to me as a buyer and gave me keys on completion that are not for the property I purchased. When I asked for a key to be provided for the garden door by the vendor they haven't called me back to put this right. I now have an extra cost of replacing locks due to their inability to check keys for a property they are selling before handing over to the purchaser. It took me weeks to actually get a viewing in the first place too even though I provided all proof necessary to show I was in a position to purchase.

We have just let our property and have used Aston & Co to source the tenants. We chose them because we have been pleased with their service previously.
From the initial appointment with Harry to view, through to the handing over of the keys to new tenants, the service has been very efficient and effective.
Graham & Julian are the two people who handled the enquiries, prepared paperwork and conducted viewings and throughout, we have been kept informed of progress.
There has been nothing negative about their service and indeed, being able to leave the letting process to them whilst we painted and cleaned ready for the new tenants has been really helpful.
Would I choose them again, yes definitely. Would I look elsewhere next time, no I wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and professional and very easy to deal with.

Just sold my property with Richard and his team and wanted to say what a great experience it has been.
Charlie kept in regular contact and was always available to solve any problems.
The house went on the market early January, had a good solid offer within a couple of weeks ( more valuable than a fragile offer) and completed at the end of March.

Really bad experience trying to rent a house on Quinton Rise in Oadby.
Aston and Co allowed the house to be advertised by someone who was not the owner of the house. I was then given the merry go round and promised a number of completion dates before finally deciding to pull the plug on the charade and move on. Although this isn’t entirely Aston and Cos fault, poor communication from them and the owners/ prospective owners of the house caused me and my family to seek extended stay in temporary accommodation. How can you allow for a house to be advertised by someone who doesn’t own it? Turns out the actual owner of the house is a scammer who spent years selling clocked cars for inflated prices. Very bad experience. You have been warned.

We chose Aston & Co from a number of agents because they gave a realistic estimate of the property's value, an all inclusive competitive fee and the Exclusive Homes manager, Rob Shields showed an excellent knowledge of the property market both locally and nationally. We were given advice about how best to present the property to potential buyers. The publicity was excellent and included photographs, a colour brochure and a video for virtual viewings online. Rob Shields was both friendly and professional throughout, keeping us informed about viewings and their outcomes and used his knowledge of the current market to advise when the price should be adjusted to encourage further interest. Despite the effects on the housing market of Brexit, a general election and a global pandemic, he remained optimistic and encouraging and eventually achieved a sale at the price we wanted.
Our family would not hesitate to strongly recommend Aston & Co to potential home sellers and buyers and would definitely use the agency again should the need arise.

Rang two weeks ago to view a property, spoke to a very rude gentleman called Jordan. He answered the phone like he just rolled out of bed and couldn't be bothered. He told me the house was occupied so they are not doing viewings which fair enough I understand under the covid situation. Left my number for him to call me back when it's available....and what do you know....no call back! The people in the property left that weekend and it's currently unoccupied and I haven't had a call back. It's been unoccupied since sep 1st. As soon as I spoke to Jordan from the wigston branch I just knew he had no intention to call me back. I doubt he even wrote my number down.
If you are selling your property or trying to rent it out I would AVOID this company or perhaps just avoid someone called Jordan to try and sell it for you !!!
Perhaps Train your staff on good customer service.

As you would expect these guys were friendly, helpful and professional on viewings prior to agreeing a purchase. For me though, where they excelled was after the sale had been agreed. They continued to bend over backwards to accommodate my access requests for tradesman visits late in the day, which made my life much easier. Shout out to Julian & Harry who were always flexible with my requests and that meant that I had tradesmen in place to commence work as soon as I'd completed. Excellent service provided when we used this agent to sell our home in October 2019. The staff were knowledgeable about the market and were very handy in undertaking the viewing. We gave them one key so we were not present for the viewing and our house sold on Eastwood Road Leicester sold within three weeks.
Additionally, they recommended Josiah Hincks solicitors for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new property; the solicitors were brilliant and we were updated about every details.
The process was completed within 8 weeks from offer in our old house to moving to our new home.

Worst letting agency we ever came across! Avoid at all costs!!!
They've done nothing for almost 3 years of our tenancy no matter how many times we complained about leaking roof, damp,broken washing machine.. After more that 2 weeks after we moved out we asked about our deposit and they told us that we owed the landlord almost £1,500 to fix everything because it's our fault.
