I would not recommend this lettings agent. I lived in the property for two and a half years. I was left with mould in the stairwell and also on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing was ever done about it. Last winter I was left for three whole months without a working oven. Every time I tried to use it, the electrics tripped. Water would run down onto the light switch in the stairwell which caused the switch to hiss and crackle. Extremely dangerous and all I was informed to do was 'not switch it on'. I had to live for a year and a half without a working smoke alarm as they ignored all my emails when I requested a new one. Overall I received atrocious treatment from Astons. I paid all my fees but received nothing for it. This letting agent only cares about the landlord and not the tenant.
