Darren goes above and beyond while other agents only do less than the bare minimum to sell a house. Darren said he’d sell my house within a week and that’s exactly what he did. He got me full asking price. Darren is with you from start of sale until completion of sale. He does not just leave you to it and collect his commission at the end. We First met Mark Swains at the property that we were initially just looking at. He was very smart, wasn't pushy & was relaxed in nature. He was knowledgable about the building, the area and the vendors situation. Viewing turned to buying and we had our fair share of “issues” along the way.
