Terrible! The agency collaborates with ONE MAN for anyting that breaks down in your home: boiler, a door, electrical installation, a window. A man who is good at everyting, but who doesn’t fix anyting because he doesn’t know. just repair the surface. That’s why i was without electricity from November 2022 until the summer of 2023 on one side of the house. so we decided to move to another agency. they also repaired the ceilling, because it was a leaking from the upstairs neighbour. without fixing anyting from the neigbour above. they preferred to cut my ceiling, put another plaster board, and guess what happened? the day after he left, it started to drip from ceiling. you have picture 1. The repair. Then picture 2. After repair. Run away from thes agency!... Read more

Run! The worst agency! Never fix anything. At maintenance you will always talk to a black guy, Glen. He's the laziest employee I've talked to. Never fix anything. You will make the biggest mistake if you rent through them.... Read more

If you're a tenant, be prepared to have to chase up everything yourself. They are very unresponsive to correspondence and won't do anything unless you prompt them to. I recently moved out of a property managed by Austin D'Arcy and there was no communication at all about the checkout procedure.... Read more

Worst estate agents. Making huge mistakes with DPS money. We had rats in the building and their answer was I will let the landlord know (Lie)or the landlord just ignored it. We were for a week without hot water waiting for someone to come and fix the boiler and at the end I had to get ugly. The boiler was very old and had never been served. From the beginning the monoxide alarm never worked I had to buy my own. Whatever you ask them, they say sent an email to send it to the landlord and you never get an email back saying what the landlord said, or get a response 3 weeks later. The landlord and the agency were horrible helping during the lockdown not considering the tenants situation. We went into rent arrears bacause we could only payed half during May and June and and we have to give notice to leave because we couldn't pay and they sent one of those eviction letters (We have since paid and don't owe them anything) One year was more than enough.... I tried to book a viewing for 3 times, all the 3 times they gave me a time slot and never confirmed. I have enquired for the flat 5 times on Rightmove and no one called me back either! Landlord please, go with a better Estate Agent if you would like your flat to be let!... Read more

We lived in askew rd, kings parade "shepherd bush" for about 6 and half month, the flat was advertised as newly refurbished, indeed it was freshly painted.. new wardrobes, chest of drawers and sofa, the rooms were cold to be an internal space and the heaters were not enough as they were electric, each one consumed 1000w... the electricity bill was crazy and once we turn them off we were back to freeze in less than 20min..Other appliances as freezer and burners weren't working properly. However The agency or/and Landlord were not responsive in reacting to arising issues.. one after the other, mainly: Mouldy wall after just 3 month of living in the property.. SOLVED after a while with new vent system but still not completly. Flies storming in from presumibly a leaking pipe behind the wall. after attempt of solving the problem using pesticide flies were still there even a day before move out, NOT SOLVED Rat invasion at least 2 coming from an unknown place behind kitchen unit, we cuoldn't see where as the unit is not movable. However baits were set around the flat..but never saw any of the mice being caught, instead some feces were spotted till last day around the flat.. NOT SOLVED. At least we left after 6 month breaking clause. Deposit was fully refunded after 3-4 days.... Read more

Would rate Nathan, the agent dealing with my rental property, very highly. He was really helpful, from start to finish. He greeted me at the property on my move in date and even helped with some bags. He answers emails and messages promptly and made the renting process and paperwork run smoothly. The agent didn't arrive at the arranged viewing. When I called him, he said he'd be there in 5 minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes, I called him again and distinctly heard that he's still in his office. He told me the property had been taken. I cannot trust an agency that clearly doesn't care about its clients.
