The director Dean is very good and I would recommend Austin Hawk to sellers and use them again myself. The house was unoccupied so they had to do all the viewings. I think they were too optimistic in setting the initial asking price but this was adjusted after a few unsuccessful viewings and the house was sold in reasonable time. Dean provided good advice and kept me informed at all times.

Austin Hawk letting have been fantastic! We have dealt mainly with John and Tracy and over the years they have ensured we have a positive rental experience. They have been professional with regular checks of the property and a very comprehensive inventory when we moved in. We have now moved to a larger property, unfortunately not managed by Austin Hawk and boy do we miss them. They are not only professional themselves but work with good quality professional, from the inventory company to the cleaners they recommend. This ensures both the tenant and the landlord are getting a good service. We would definitely recommend them and let through them again.
