The initial viewing with Lewis was great, he had answers to all our questions and allowed us to view the house in our own time with some time to ourselves (not followed like a Hawk like some estate agents do). Having previously been an estate agent for 7 years, I’ve met plenty of good and bad ones.
Lewis is by far the most professional and knowledgeable agent I’ve dealt with on my search. He knew the answers to my questions, was personable and didn’t even ask me to write this review (which is quite often the case)
Even if I don’t buy this time through Lewis, I’ll be back in touch if I do end up buying through someone else and want to sell.

John, the sales manager has been by our side right from the start. He gave us a competitive and fair valuation and listened to our own requirements. John is professional, friendly, positive, caring, accommodating and took extra steps to make sure everything was streamlined. We cannot thank John enough for his hard work with getting us over the line.
Many of Austin Hawk's team were involved at some point bringing skills and expertise which made you realise what a special service you are receiving.
In the early stages, Alison prepared a brochure which presented the property in a clear but accurate and eye-catching manner.
Luke from sales was also such a supportive figure when we asked many questions or needed some direction.
Georgia took excellent photography and precise dimensions. She made sure our home was shone in the best light possible to grab the attention of potential buyers.
When we had many viewings, it was organised in an efficient way that made sure it didn't interrupt our daily lives too much. When a buyer was found, it was handy to have Austin Hawk as a co-ordinator between us and the buyer. Austin Hawk helped smooth out any issues that had arisen and provided us with extra information on the lead up to moving day of what was happening.

Robin at Austin Hawk was simply brilliant!
We moved from Horley, near Gatwick, to Andover on 19th and 20th Dec 2023.
There were problems with Muve at the bottom of the chain that meant our moving date was delayed several times.
Our estate agent in Horley appeared to constantly have problems contacting Muve, but with Robin's help, patience and perseverance, eventually the move took place. I do not believe it would have happened without him.
A very professional estate agents and if we ever move again, we will definitely employ them. We can very highly recommend.

It's not often you choose the first service offered to you. However the moment Dean stepped into our home, never did I think to look elsewhere. The team at Austin Hawk are very friendly/approachable and pride themselves on providing excellent service to their customers... there's a reason why so many use them in the local area!
If I had to provide one area for improvement, then I wish they could serve more southern counties (correct me if I am wrong) as i'd love to use them again in the future. Then again this would explain how they are able to provide such a knowledgeable service in the areas that they do cover.
Should our teams cross paths in the FA cup, then Dean I owe you a pint.

I honestly cannot recommend this estate agent enough. From the moment we found a potential rental property, Steph couldn’t have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, that particular property we were interested in, was put up for sale instead of being rented out.
Any other estate agent would just give you a call to let you know and wish you well on your house search.
Not Steph. You could tell she really wanted to help us find our house. She sent me emails with information on property’s that she would have available/coming up. She Always tried her best to work around my partners hours for viewings.
We have eventually found our rental property through Steph and I wouldn’t want it to be with any other estate agent after what great experience we have had so far.
I really am so grateful for all of her help. She really is a real diamond and a huge asset to AH.

Selling a property is never easy, but Austin Hawke made it as easy as it can be! What should have been a very straight forward sell, turned into a quagmire of bureaucracy, intense stake-holder management and some very stressed people on either side; all caused by management companies and banks. But John was incredibly cool-headed and managed the whole thing from start to finish. I honestly couldnt have asked for more in an agent. Constant updates and knows his trade very well, you cant go wrong choosing this company to represent you.

Selling houses is so stressful but Dean at Austin Hawk took the pressure away from us. He was in contact with us every couple of days to let us know updates and sold our house incredibly quickly. I am so glad that I chose Austin Hawk to sell my home and that they were also selling the house that is going to be my new home.
Dean has been amazing right from the initial chat to arrange the valuation. Other members of the team were also key from the words to go with the photos, doing the viewings and being available when Dean wasn’t.
I have been guided through the process every step of the way with regular updates by phone and email and when I initiated a call or sent an email they were always replied to promptly. This has really been appreciated as I am doing this move on my own and have never sold before and only bought once a long time ago.
My new home is hopefully my forever home but if I ever need to sell I Austin Hawk are the only estate agents I will call and I will recommend them to friends and family without any hesitation.

Rented with Austin Hawk in 2019 and 2020 and always found them to be hugely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time renting a property, so some of the processes were new to us, but the Lettings Team were always fantastic in helping us along the way.

We are moving from West Sussex to Andover so finding the right property presented viewing difficulties. Austin Hawk and particularly Chris went out of their way to ensure we had all the information we needed and arranged viewings to suit our timetable, with Chris even visiting the property and talking us through on the phone to check out the fittings and contents list for us to save a further visit. The director Dean is very good and I would recommend Austin Hawk to sellers and use them again myself. The house was unoccupied so they had to do all the viewings. I think they were too optimistic in setting the initial asking price but this was adjusted after a few unsuccessful viewings and the house was sold in reasonable time. Dean provided good advice and kept me informed at all times.

Austin Hawk letting have been fantastic! We have dealt mainly with John and Tracy and over the years they have ensured we have a positive rental experience. They have been professional with regular checks of the property and a very comprehensive inventory when we moved in. We have now moved to a larger property, unfortunately not managed by Austin Hawk and boy do we miss them. They are not only professional themselves but work with good quality professional, from the inventory company to the cleaners they recommend. This ensures both the tenant and the landlord are getting a good service. We would definitely recommend them and let through them again.

I recently sold my flat through Austin Hawk and we were lucky enough to be assigned Robin as our Agent. I cannot recommend Austin Hawk and the team enough. I had never sold a property before, so didn't have a clue on the process. Robin made everything clear from the start and their fee in my opinion is very competitive. He took time to get to know me and worked tirelessly with myself and my buyers to get to completion, which took 16 weeks (due to delays on the purchase side). In that time we spoke at least once a week on progress either by phone or email. Even when Robin was on annual leave he called or emailed to let me know who I could deal with in his absence. I have a high expection of customer service and communication and I was always made to feel like part of their team in the process rather than just another person on their books, which you can often feel with estate agents. Robin and the team are a breath of fresh air in their industry. The next time I move we will definately be selling with them.

As a team Austin Hawk go much further than simply marketing your property as they take time to understand what the sale means to you and what your requirements are. Dean worked tirelessly to help me sell a house that no longer suited my needs and supported me through purchasing my new home. Throughout the time I have been selling Dean has checked in with me regularly and was great at keeping me calm when the sales process seemed to move very slowly from ‘under offer’ to exchange. Dean always made sure I knew Robin was in the office to look after me if he was away so I always felt that I was being looked after. Communication was exemplary from both Dean and Robin as they were very quick to email or call to answer queries and no question was too small or trivial. I cannot speak highly enough of Dean and the team at Austin Hawk and, as it is unlikely that they are going to get any repeat business from me the next best thing I can do is recommend them to anyone who might be thinking about selling.

As she is an older lady who was living on her own, they gave her a huge amount of kindness and support and were extremely caring and understanding of her situation and how she felt during what can be for anyone, a daunting and stressful experience.
Robin took her under his wing and kept her updated throughout the process and was always there at the end of the phone if my mum had any questions or needed reassurance.

I have dealt with Austin Hawk on a both sale and a purchase of a property. They also manage two properties I own, dealing with both the letting and management of the properties. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble, they really can take the hassle away from a Landlord. Yes you do pay a fee for this service but they remain very competitive and its money worth paying. So here is a big 5* to the Austin Hawk team.

This is my 6th house and every time I have used an estate agent or online agent (Geez I won’t go there again) to sell my home and buy a new one. My view used to consist of the estate agency service as a whole having sales people and not much more, that was until I engaged with Austin Hawk in Andover. Now my view has changed completely, Austin Hawk not only sold my home extremely quickly for the full asking price, but right through the whole processes provided a level of customer service and expertise that is second to none.
Dean Austin was the man who stood out for me, his tenacity, expertise and customer service is to be applauded. Obviously the team that back Dean up were superb too, writing up and selling my home together.
I’m not a man who is easily pleased, I know that, but credit where credit is due, Austin Hawk are a complete breath of fresh air in this field, I am seriously impressed and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the team at Austin Hawk…. you guys and girls are amazing.

Austin and Hawk are by far the best estate agent in town. Robin was brilliant throughout the whole process, From day 1 when he valued our property till the day we handed over our keys. Our property was on the market for less than a week before it was sold. We were phoned every week being kept updated. He even chased for updates on the property we were buying even though this was with another estate agent. I would not hesitate to use Austin and Hawk again and I would recommend them to anyone selling or buying. Excellent customer service from the whole team!

If I could give Austin Hawk more than 5 stars, I would. Robin was our allocated agent, and we also dealt occasionally with Dean. Robin is probably one of the most proactive, eager, thorough and nice guys I've dealt with. Possibly the only person I've never had to chase! He is always one step ahead and basically puts Agents in a whole new category; an honest and fair category! We were put off by another agents pushy and dishonest behavior which quite frankly I found alarming. Austin Hawk sold our place in the first week, first viewing. It was a lovely place but their dedication and making themselves available at anytime made the sale. Their after sales however was what made an impact... Robin was relentless when it came to chasing the vendors Agent and Lawyers who were utterly useless. Robin offered the best bespoke service possible, at anytime of day. Thank you again Austin Hawk.
