This was my first experience buying a property and Marcus at Carter rose was easily the best agent in the area. His service was amazing throughout the whole process. This new independent estate agent is easily the best I’ve used in south west London. I worked with Foxtons and Kfh and Carter Rose was miles ahead in service. Carter Rose property group is a small professionally run estate agent, with expertise in the rental market.
I have used them to find tenants over the last 3 years and have had a positive experience. The applicants are checked properly in accordance with legal requirements and addressed for suitability. I have had contracts and inventorys done all to my satisfaction and high standards. The invoicing and electronic documentation makes the whole process seamless!
