Just wanted to say a massive "thank-you" to Sam and her team for dealing with the sale of my home. Right from the beginning Karen looked after the paperwork side of things and this was completed with ease and efficiency. Thereafter, Sam was our daily, (sometimes hourly) contact and kept us informed. Sam was a shining star and went above and beyond her call of duty, even messaging us whilst on holiday!! I've just sold my flat with Bairstowe Eve and I highly recommend them. From start to finish I have felt totally supported by the whole team. Sam and Karen started the process then David has been my main contact for the past few months, and he has been amazing! Always so friendly and helpful, he made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and all of my questions were answered quickly. In what was a stressful last few weeks (through no fault of theirs) he did everything he could to push things through and updated me throughout. Very professional with a very welcoming and friendly approach.

Sam and her team were diligent, knowledgeable, and supportive! As a first-time buyer Sam took the time to explain the different steps and stages involved in purchasing a property and I felt as though any time I picked up the phone Sam was eager to answer any questions I may have had.
As Sam and her team know, the solicitors involved in this purchase were less than proactive or helpful. As such, Sam was fighting my corner the whole time, right from the outset. Chasing the solicitors when they weren’t being responsive and calling them out on their unsatisfactory answers. I can’t describe how valuable this support was as a first-time buyer!
Overall, I highly recommend Sam at Bairstow Eves, as an exceptional and caring estate agent. This recommendation is especially of note if you are a first-time buyer!
