What can I say, Sam has been amazing, I first met sam when I sold my house 7 years ago through Bairstow, then we brought through them again 5 years ago, Sam has just sold my house for me again, enabling us to find our forever home! Sam has become a friend, I've loved reading all the positive reviews she's got on here, believe me she deserves every single one of them! . Sam is the biggest credit to coleshill Bairstow, I just don't know what they'd do without her!. When I say she goes above and beyond for people, she really does, sometimes staying in the office until really late, on her own time, just to make sure she's doing all she can ! . Where do I start. From the minute I called this estate agents and spoke to Dave I knew I was in good hands. He talked and guided me through the process and then I met Karen she was so lovely and just like Dave explained everything every step of the way until I met Sam ???????? I have no words for this woman she truely is second to none and an absolute credit to them. Sam worked nights until 9pm, cancelled days off and even worked on her days off all because she didn’t want to let me down and get my sale completed b4 stamp duty. I've just sold my flat with Bairstowe Eve and I highly recommend them. From start to finish I have felt totally supported by the whole team. Sam and Karen started the process then David has been my main contact for the past few months, and he has been amazing! Sam and her team were diligent, knowledgeable, and supportive! As a first-time buyer Sam took the time to explain the different steps and stages involved in purchasing a property and I felt as though any time I picked up the phone Sam was eager to answer any questions I may have had.
As Sam and her team know, the solicitors involved in this purchase were less than proactive or helpful. As such, Sam was fighting my corner the whole time, right from the outset. Chasing the solicitors when they weren’t being responsive and calling them out on their unsatisfactory answers. I can’t describe how valuable this support was as a first-time buyer!

From the initial call to arrange a valuation carried out by Karen, the follow up visit by David to answer a few question for Dad, the professional photographer who took the perfect pictures, Sam who undertook to attend all of the viewings and always informed us of who would be visiting and when and shared any feedback provided by prospective buyers, not forgetting the odd visit to the office to get papers signed and sent of to solicitors etc all the way through to the accepted offer, the sale and COMPLETION!!!

Ours was a long and very stressful chain and our sale & associated purchase really went to the wire. Sam picked up our case when suddenly our puchase was at high risk of failing due to issues at both ends of the chain while her manager was on leave. It was down to her tenacity and dogged determination to keep the chain complete that she thankfully achieved exchange at the 11th hour. We will be eternally grateful.

Second review. I told Bairstow Eves to remove my home from there books a couple of months ago. Today I found that my property was still up for sale with them and being advertised on 'rightmove'. Has the inconvenience of ringing them ( they did actualky pick up the phone though on this call). They gave me a thousand reasons as to why it's still on 'rightmov 'except the real reason-it shows badly on there figures. Having now checked on ' rightmove ' I can confirm it has been removed, even after the 101reasons I was given that it couldn't. I've a suggestion Bairstow Eaves- if you put your time towards selling people a houses instead of time wasting, ie dreaming up excuses for your failures, mistakes, invest in some competent staff who understand customers and there needs, you might find that your not the struggling concern that you most definitely are. PS stop sending me emails as well. TAKE ME OFF YOUR BOOKS PLEASE.

Absolutely excellent. The whole team in this branch of Bairstow Eves went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful sale and completion. Very helpful. Highly recommended and in my opinion the best estate agency in Coleshill. However, I would recommend you avoid using the Countrywide Conveyancing service as they are appalling....read their reviews!

I have been trying to get a re-view on a property since 9ish this morning to be passed from pillar to post ? My partners daughter has called several times and My partner also called to be told its under offer ? I call back to ask why no one has come back to me for my request for a re-view. I Question the property being under offer to be told it is too myself ? Even though I was advised I would need to go higher hence requesting the re-view prior to doing so. The property is vacant and the agent has keys so why can this just not be booked and it is under offer if so to who ? I am disappointed

I highly recommend Bairstow Eves Coleshill. We received a good offer for our property within days of it being advertised - an offer which we accepted. The viewings were scheduled to suit us and were conducted professionally by Sam. The chain was a large one with a number of complexities, but the team at Bairstow Eves were absolutely relentless in ensuring that our sale progressed and exchanged (thanks to both Laura and Sam). Money well spent.
