Sam and her team were diligent, knowledgeable, and supportive! As a first-time buyer Sam took the time to explain the different steps and stages involved in purchasing a property and I felt as though any time I picked up the phone Sam was eager to answer any questions I may have had.
As Sam and her team know, the solicitors involved in this purchase were less than proactive or helpful. As such, Sam was fighting my corner the whole time, right from the outset. Chasing the solicitors when they weren’t being responsive and calling them out on their unsatisfactory answers. I can’t describe how valuable this support was as a first-time buyer!
Overall, I highly recommend Sam at Bairstow Eves, as an exceptional and caring estate agent. This recommendation is especially of note if you are a first-time buyer!

Salma has been amazing throughout the whole process of my house purchase.
I finally found a house I had fallen in love with. I called Salma and arranged a viewing with her that same day. The next day I made an offer in which she helped negotiate a price the seller agreed on. As a first time buyer, I was unsure of how the proceedings of a house purchase work, and nervous about having to make decisions but Salma explained everything throughly so I could easily understand and kept me updated through the whole process. She went above and beyond to achieve the completion date for me and the seller. I couldn't recommend her or her team more for their help in me buying my dream home. Thank you so much.

Really happy with service I recieved from Sam, always available to help me with the solicitors. At the last minute before exchange I was required to sign a document with it being so close to an exchange, Sam attended my property at 9.30pm that evening to obtain my signature and sent it back to my solicitor the next morning. honestly without Sam doing this for me we would not have exchanged and I would not be in my new home now. so I can't thank her enough. Without her being available at all times she always reassured me and kept me calm. Thank you Sam. You're really a superstar !
