Second review. I told Bairstow Eves to remove my home from there books a couple of months ago. Today I found that my property was still up for sale with them and being advertised on 'rightmove'. Has the inconvenience of ringing them ( they did actualky pick up the phone though on this call). They gave me a thousand reasons as to why it's still on 'rightmov 'except the real reason-it shows badly on there figures. Having now checked on ' rightmove ' I can confirm it has been removed, even after the 101reasons I was given that it couldn't. I've a suggestion Bairstow Eaves- if you put your time towards selling people a houses instead of time wasting, ie dreaming up excuses for your failures, mistakes, invest in some competent staff who understand customers and there needs, you might find that your not the struggling concern that you most definitely are. PS stop sending me emails as well. TAKE ME OFF YOUR BOOKS PLEASE.

Absolutely excellent. The whole team in this branch of Bairstow Eves went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful sale and completion. Very helpful. Highly recommended and in my opinion the best estate agency in Coleshill. However, I would recommend you avoid using the Countrywide Conveyancing service as they are appalling....read their reviews!

Awful experience with this Estate Agents. Absolutely useless. No correct information was being passed on whilst we were trying to purchase a property through them. They kept us hanging on for 5 months until we had no other choice but to pull out of the purchase. Certain members of staff (wont name names) cant even be bothered to return your calls, when its urgent, they pass on false information to make you believe that everything is going smoothly, when in fact its all falling to pieces. Now the property has been relisted, when they know full well that the next persons offer gets accepted, they will be in the same boat as us. This property should not be listed until all issues are resolved which i have advised them, but they have chose to ignore. I feel sorry for the next couple/family that have their offer accepted on this property. Will never use Bairstow Coleshill again!!

I have been trying to get a re-view on a property since 9ish this morning to be passed from pillar to post ? My partners daughter has called several times and My partner also called to be told its under offer ? I call back to ask why no one has come back to me for my request for a re-view. I Question the property being under offer to be told it is too myself ? Even though I was advised I would need to go higher hence requesting the re-view prior to doing so. The property is vacant and the agent has keys so why can this just not be booked and it is under offer if so to who ? I am disappointed

I contacted Bairstow Eves regarding letting service for our property. As I am first time landlord I needed assurance and help. Amy was very friendly, helpful and gave me all needed information about the letting process.
Within 3 weeks we had tenants settled in the property.
