Baker & Chase deliver a great service throughout the process. Their communication is great and you get the impression that the whole team there is supporting you to complete your transaction. They've stepped in on multiple occasions to assist during the conveyancing process and if I manage to complete before the stamp duty deadline on 31st March it will be in no small part due to their efforts....
